There's a person who asked me to do a commission for him for a flash dress up game. I've never done commissions before sooooo does anyone have any idea what range I should charge? my friend and I want to make a kind of database site, where you can login, manage your account, and upload stuff. We're not going for anything too hi-tech at the moment, for now we just want to get the whole create/manage account part working. The thing is I've never worked with php and mySQL before, and I have no idea where to start. I do have knowledge in Java, C++, AS, and HTML, so luckily I've got some programming knowledge. I'm just wondering if anyone have a tutorial site or can recommend some kind of site builder package? Thanks for all your time in advance ^^
