Why are you blaming it on the video games when it's the kids that choose to play them and it's the parents who buy them for the kids? To be honest, I don't think games promote violence, I think they help to prvent it! Say you come home after a bad day, obviously you're mad. This has happened to me many times. I just sit in front of my PS2, blast Metallica on my stereo and take out my aggression on the game! It isn't b/c of the games, it's b/c of the people. People need to have common sense.
