Every once in a while, my television set shuts off on its own. Then, when I try to switch it on again, it'll make that little high pitched WHIIIR sound a TV makes when you turn it on, but doesn't turn on, and makes the Riiiiihw. . . powering down sound. After pressing the button for 20 minutes, it'll come back on for bit.

Any thoughts on how to rid my TV of this problem?
