If anyone needs a voice actor, I can help.
Also, I have a question: If someone's doing a specific death, is that one off limits to everyone else. (basically, can two different people do the same one?)
If anyone needs a voice actor or writer for their game, let me know (you can check out my voice reels on my profile). I am excited about this and would love to be a part of it.
To those that need a voice actor for your animations, I will not disappoint. I can do many, many voices. Check out my demo reels on my account if you're interested (I've gotten a better microphone since I recorded them).

Oh, clever Tom clever... Replacing my words. Let's see if I can get this across without using key words. The sale which Tom presents to us appears to be a misleading message that follows the cultural celebration of trickery and deceit which corresponds to the certain date that is today, if you catch my drift.
Is this an April Fools prank? Kind of sounds like it...
I may not be a "wonderful" person yet, but I may be one day in the future.

Alright. The game was called "Music" when it was upload to newgrounds. It had a grayish black background and there were an array of grayish-white squares lined up even spaced across the entire screen. Whenever you would press one, it would turn white and start making a sound then it would and then make the sound again, following this pattern. When you pressed others, they gave off different pitches and followed same pattern, but depending on how soon you clicked the others, they would create their beat at different moments then the other squares.
You could make cool sounding songs clicking the squares and listening to the repeating beat.
I don't know if you'll be able to find it though. There are a lot of music games out there.
I recently came across a game called "Music" that I thought was very cool, but it was taken off newgrounds, I believe, for being stolen. I agree with and understand it being removed, but I was hoping someone could help me find the original creator and game somewhere else because I really want to play it again.
I hope a forum can be made to help others find games that they played long ago, but can't find.
I can't say I agree with you. I saw the game under the gaming tab, but didn't play due to a few things that came up in my life and also it looked a bit creepy. Honestly, I love Newgrounds and I can understand why you took it down due to not wanting to upset the victim's parents, but the fact is you can't please everyone. Taking the game down or keeping it up is going to hurt someone, whether it is the parents or the guy who put time and effort into creating it. Whether the creator of that game was a stupid, mean person is beside the point. You said it yourself that work was put into that game and now that you've taken it down, I really can't picture any other gaming site that would take it. Newgrounds is the home of all games, from excellent to controversial to the extremely silly and weird. That's what set Newgrounds apart from the other sites, that and being able to work with the community of creators that want to make cool stuff.
Since I didn't play the game, I don't know how violent it was or what kind of emotions it would have provoked in me. Perhaps I'd even be agreeing with some of the other commenters on this forum had I played it, but now I won't have that chance. The parents are probably going to come across a lot of things in the future concerning what happened at Sandy Hook that they aren't going to appreciate, such as the fact that some people don't even believe it happened (don't even ask). You can please the parents now, but something else is just going to come up.
And addressing what one of the other commenters has said, you have kind of opened up the flood gates to what could mess with what makes newgrounds unique. You've removed a game based on backlash from people, the first time ever as I'm given to understand. What's stopping you from doing it again in the future and won't those who are complaining have more of a case for you to take content down since you did it already? There are games concerning the events of 9/11, some of which are making fun of the event. If you're going to take this game down, why weren't those removed as well?
Really, it all comes down to what you think. If the game creator had the freedom to make the game, he should have the freedom to display it somewhere. In the end, it all comes down to values and policies. It's up to you.
Here's my entry:
In Light of the Darkness
Jack’s a good boy. I haven’t been in his company too long, but I feel as if I know everything about him. It’s a shame what happened to him really. It was so unnatural and sinister, but I suppose all great things are. Jack didn’t deserve it. Nothing he did in his entire life brought this disaster upon him. No curses, no sins, no anger, and no vain wishes brought his demise. Life is merely a game of fortune and misfortune with no direction or preference; the people picked at random of are always unsuspecting of their approaching end and are often times innocent.
Jack was in his college dorm room. Everyone else had either gone home for the weekend or went to one of the many Halloween parties. Jack wasn’t interested in parties because he wanted to write a horror story. He turned off the lights in his room, leaving only the glow of the computer facing him. The entire dormitory was silent; the perfect environment to focus on writing. He slaved over the computer for hours, typing away like a mad man, sometimes stopping to correct a mistake. He finally finished his story and tomorrow, planned to edit it further. He turned off the computer and got himself ready to go to bed. Honestly, it wasn’t really that good anyway.
Jack laid down in his bed and covered himself up, mentally drained after finishing the story. It only took him a few minutes to fall asleep. There was complete silence. The silence remained even when the shadows of the room began to shift. As Jack laid still, lingering between the world of sleep and reality, his eyes suddenly opened to see a void of darkness before him. Due to his incoherent state, he thought it was just the darkness of the room. He didn’t notice that the light of the hallway that was always on could no longer be seen shining under the crack of the door. The darkness grew in size and approached him. Slowly, part of the darkness descended upon the covers of his bed, creeping along like a snake, eclipsing the entirety of the furniture. When it had finished, it touched his feet, as if it were testing a swimming pool to see if it was warm enough. It ran over the skin of his leg like water, covering every inch, moving its way passed his waist. He began to gasp for breath as it encircled his chest like a cobra, bringing him to complete consciousness. The shadow covered his throat like a turtleneck collar yet felt ice cold and sinister. It slithered into his ears and all he could hear was silence and the faint whisper of an intimate beckoning call, asking him to come closer. His mouth filled with darkness that began choking him. He couldn’t call out for help before because of the lack of air and now, not a single word could escape from his lips. His limbs, veins, and muscles all became numb as the shadow rushed over his eyes and all that was left was darkness.
How much Jack wanted to enter that contest on Newgrounds. He never got the chance to send in the story. I think I’ll write my own story and send it in for him, as a parting favor for a friend. Of course, if any good comes of it, I’ll be the one who gets the recognition while Jack sits back and watches as life plays out before him like a television screen, all his screams muffled inside the darkness. Jack is a good boy, but I’m sure no one will really miss him. To me, he’s never truly gone. We’re so much alike. Jack’s ambitions are my ambitions, his dreams are my dreams, and his body is now mine.
Here's my submission for the contest.
Could you review my picture "Museum of Fine Art"? I want to make pictures that are like the FarSIde and ToonHole, but I believe the picture is lacking in certain details. Could you give me some tips?

Let me ask this: If you were me, and you had a once in a lifetime opportunity, and you knew that all you had to do was update your game and make it fit some very simple guidelines, and 65 days later you knew you would have enough money to do whatever you desired and knew you were going to go down in history for all of the right reasons, what would you do to get peoples attention?
I figured my LinkedIn would show the importance of what I am attempting. Guys, if you want to collaborate, this is what this forum is for. Lets get something going. It's worth your time. I already have the marketing in place and that is, by far, the hardest part of making it big. What more could you ask for? I've gift wrapped this and am handing it right to anyone that wants an opportunity that I guarantee you've never had. You wouldn't be in these forums if you had.
Spread the word. This is an opportunity for everyone.

I believe I sent you a message asking if I could be the writer and I haven't heard back from you. If you're going to ask for help, at least respond to those offering it, whether it be with acceptance or rejection.

You can find a cheap copy on amazon or ebay. Its well worth looking into since your toons will require sound, layers ect...
I own a Macbook Pro and the only program I have right now that can animate is Pencil, which has no line or shape tools and the flood bucket doesn't seem to work properly as it does in other drawing programs. I want to make cartoons like the Awesome series or Eddsworld, but I don't know what program to get and I don't want to blow $100 bucks or more on a program that is over my head or specializes in a more specific kind of artwork or something. Any advice for what program you would recommend, what I should start off doing to get better, or anything related to the subject (that isn't useless like "Get a life" or "You're stupid") would be appreciated. Thanks.
If your serious your craft is worth investing in.
You can find it on ebay cheep now since CS6 is like the current. (I still use CS4)
Thanks. I didn't even think to look on ebay or amazon (had I looked there for my school books, I would've saved a few hundred bucks :( ). Though I heard that flash is outdated, but easy for beginners (unless I'm thinking of something else). So, I would still be able to make decent quality videos with it?

Flipbook seems to be a good program that is a little better than Pencil.
Animoids is a free 3-D animation program so this will take longer to learn but it is free.
There isn't much more that's freeware or even under 100 bucks for me to tell you about. I wish you luck in your animation endeavors!
I didn't mean that I'm looking for something under 100 dollars (although that would be cool). I meant I don't want to buy something and then find out that it is too difficult for me to use or there was something better that I could have gotten instead.
I'll definitely look into the two you mentioned though. Thanks for the advice!
