Newbies need to realize what people wouldn't blam and create quality flashes. I've seen numerous detailed and well executed first flashes and those people end up being big and doing great here on NG. If I see a stick movie, I WILL BLAMM IT. It's just encouraging newbies to work hard and not cut corners. We probably won't think your very first flash is as cool as you think it is, but it's the animators job to make something visually appealing and entertaining.
