cuz the mods and admins can appaently tell which download counts are real and which are mass d/led :P

they also know what you vote on every song you vote on.

That is why you must never say you don't zero vote then make a big show infront of admin or else they might post what you voted on then in turn you get owned and leave NG forever or make a new account.

was that in 04 or 05 that happen?

I forget who it was also.

Response to: Your music goals for 2007 Posted January 6th, 2007 in Audio

my audio goals

1. reinstall Fruity Loops

2. attempt to make a song that has zero midi in it

3. get an animation that scores 3.60+ (I know that is not music but it will most likely have music in it so its like the same thing)

-so yeah pretty much the same as P9 and Cron

ah missed the show anyways congrats to Chutzpah here are now my reviews and keep in mind that they are in know specific order so disregard the numbers in front.

Keep in mind Im no audio pro so I judge songs purely on the sound to the ears

Also if you don't agree with me then PM me and well I will tell you why I thought your song was utter junk because I know that most of the audio participants could have done better if they tried harder and spent more time.

Enjoy!

1. Chutzpah - S3XM1X (MRAC 11-06)Sweet this song was I don't know if that made sense but it really was from start to finish this song was very catchy and that girl moaning was a verynice touch that mixed things up which is nice. You kept to the Remix rules and well very good song overall.

2.TheAmateurAnimator-MRAC-01!!!

First off you made a good song the only thing that made me shake my head was that it was by far to repetitive and got stale fast. I know you had to keep with the rules but you could of still mixed things up a bit. Also you had the song in a rush sort of mode. On the plus side the song is very good and if you look away at the negatives you can have a great remix song if you spruce it up fix those minor tweaks and your set. Overall good job maybe spend a little more time and this could of a been a killer.

3.koolfox-MRAC 11.06 (Speed Rock Remix)

Im going to be honest with you try not to take it personally but this song went wrong as soon as it started. It gave me a mild headache when I was listening to it. All the sounds and everything where just coming at me in one big push that was damaging on the ears. I listened to some of your stuff and you could of done better then this. If you have taken more time go down a few notches you could of made a ok song. Still nice try and it is good that you participated you will only get better in making music.

4.OCON O- MRAC Entry by OCON!!!!!!!!!

WOO! this was just great I loved how you worked around the rules and incorporated your on tunes in this and made it your own. I also liked the piano you had in there it added a nice touch. Overall you made a great song and you should be happy regardless
if you win or not. Keep it up!

5.Stealth-Annihilator - Chasing Dreams (MRAC06 NOV)

This was just a pleasant to listen to. I couldn't help but think this of a kind a of a
Christmas song like a spy game or something. All the same this was an excellent song
although I found that the harp or violin or whatever it was in the background go a bit
bleak and it was a little to loud. Overall excellent job on the quality you should
be proud of this one maybe next time switch it up a bit more.

6.mhb mrac november audio comp

Needs more work and time. I liked the dark feeling you gave to this made it sound cool
but then there was to much stuff going on and it all got lost in the song. The main part
of the song was really over done. The end however was awesome I wish you have taken the end and make it the whole song. Strangely enough the start and end where the best part then
the middle everything got sort of lost.

7.XBrav - MRAC06 November

Incredible the piano the scratchy noise the everything was well done on this track. I liked
how it had a heavenly feeling to it and how everything sounded like you where in paradise. You
also did a great job on taking HouseMasta's part and blending it from your remarks and the sound of the song you did a great job. Over the month I heard people saying that your song was awesome but I onyl heard it just now and well you lived up to expectation.

8.SadSpoon {SS} MRAC06 November - 2:55

Drums where crazy defiantly one of the highlights in the song. The baseline was well meh could of worked on that part more. This song was really well though the part at the end was very catchy and stuff. The ending was where you deserve your credit. Great job keep up the awesome work.

9.SineRider SR - MRAC06 Lawlessness

Not bad liked the gloomy feeling of it all. The best thing about this song was the feeling
and atmosphere you gave it really neat stuff. The melody however was not in your face which
I liked. Overall good song keep it up!

10.attemptedperfection a.p. - MRAC06 - Nov - (cover)

Nice liked this one very much a little on the short side but no different this was just very
crisp and well sounding. I read that you had trouble on using the melody I think you did a great
job on taking it and making it your own. Overall nice song looking forward to see what you can do next time around if you put tons of effort into it. Your now on my bookmarks so keep making music!

The Name is PiePie Aka PiePie

I came to Newgrounds in 2004 watching videos then I realized after a while that there was a forum and that I can practice my Language skills on. So I started and then I was one of the first people in the Audio Forum and one of the first people to pretend to know what they where talking about when giving advice. I then got Fruityloops 4 tried it out got bored of it so then I stopped for a long time never making music.

Some might ask why the hell am i still here if im not a musician the answer to this is simple which is Newgrounds is a very nice place if you minus the weirdos and younglins so like Chronamut im not a senile wench hanging around but im more of a Squiggy Man who stays on the same street corner for to long.

Some people also might say that PiePie has all the music programs one would ever want and is waiting for 2007 to start pumping out some music....

I won't link my music because it will brake your speakers/headphones it was suppose to get deleted long time ago guess they never got around to it.

hmm well audacity is mainly for voice recording you cannot make any music with beats and music sounds.

You have the wrong program.

Well technically im not a judge but I decided to review my share of songs that I would of judged if I was judge.

So there are no scores and a little on the short side but a review is a review.

MilkMan-Dan - The Purest of Winters (original)

Well I must say your song that you made was an excellent song and if someone is thinking about Christmas this song will be playing in the backround. The whole song was wonderful it was clear set a nice pleasant mood and most of all captured the meaning of Christmas. Overall this song was great the flash artists should really look forward in using this.

SineRider - SineRider's Christmas Epic (original)

Very basic nothing special I found that you could have done more to this song to make it better. It had potential still it is an ok song just needs to be worked out on some major spots.

stealth-annihilator - March Of The Elves (xmas song) (original)

You did well, although I found that you could have taken this song and made it not only better but also better quality if you spent more time on it. You got the idea just felt more could have been done maybe add some more things to it. Good song though it was catchy.

DavidOrr - Christmas Eve (original)

Wow is all I can say, at first I was like this sounds like it can go into a movie like “The Nightmare Before Christmas”. This song reminded me of that movie and I must say you hit all the right notes and if this is used in movies and games I think people will be more interested in the song. I really like how it came up and about at the end of the song. From start to finish this was an awesome song.

DarKsidE555 - A world so cold (original)

Very nice the guitar was really well done you should be happy. The recording for the guitar was crisp and clear the voice was also well done just not as good I hear some pops in it but still was awesome. To make it short you got a some great lyrics and a catchy tune. The pops I heard did not make an impact on the song since they were minor.

attemptedperfection - Greensleeves (MAC6)

Catchy but just did not make a huge impact. At first I did not like the choice of sounds you where using but after a while they got the better of be and they where really neat this would be good for an adventure flash game. Good song for a cover liked what you did with it.

xlash - Snowman Dance (original)

The song itself was ok you made a decent song that did its job, Although the song itself was a bit to repetitive and got stale quick very fast. Overall good job on the song although some small changes could have been made to make this better I recommend working on this some more because you just might have something.

RyeGuyHead - RGH: In The Woods (original)

I thought it was Christmas? On the song itself this song was wonderful liked how you went about making this fine piece of music you really should pat yourself on the back. The beginning however was to long and therefore made it appear boring but when the song picked up awesome job on that.

BlackNoise - The First Sled Ride (original)

All I can say is I have been listenting to your music since the beginning and I must say if there was an award for most improved artist you will win it hands down. This piece was brilliant catchy and well played. I did not expect this to be so great but it was. I don’t know much music things but the sounds you chose for this piece is just incredible. Keep it up.

MrPariah - DJ Santa's dance club (original)

Month of work? Same thing over and over again with a high pitched tune that did not fit in very well with the ears. Put some more effort and time for the next time.

Response to: The Audio Forum Lounge Posted November 8th, 2006 in Audio

Well since you asked this is what happend

So it must of been 8 o clock I just finished having a nice dinner of chicken and rice when I decided since this is one of the last nights I can go out without freezing to death I might as well take a nice stroll along my neighborhood. Little did I realize that it was very windy outside so windy that people where told to stay home since there where showers and what not. Since I don't watch the evening use on the channel CBC or CFCF12 I did not know of this so I went out just the same.

I took 20 steps decided that it was cold and windy so I turned back but then the wind blew me away I fell in a ditch while the same wind knocked up the Bell Sympatico wire and the box near my house "circuit" of some sort broke.

fast forward 4 days Im north of Quebec at another funereal (like 3rd one this year). Not only do I come back to a cold house but to house that the internet still doesn't work. As in my frustration I call Bell only to speak to a computer then a guy named Ahmed I spoke with him for 1 hour then he couldn't fix it said they send a guy to fix it.

That did not work, so up until today I called Bell again to speak to a talented help service guy named Baron. He gave me the gift of a high speed connection and all he said was "thank you for choosing bell Canada good day"
