-145 pounds
-3 All-State Cross Country Awards
-Twice a week before school I drive to a nearby school and swim laps in their pool
-When running, I average about 60 to 70 miles a week depending on the type of running I'm doing
-Longest run = 28 miles (this was not in a marathon, I was just feeling spunky that day)
-Fastest 5k = 16:32
-Fastest Mile = 4:42
-I also bike (Trek 1000) I want to start riding my bike into school again, but it's hard to do with a trumpet case (over 15 miles that hurts your back)
-I've done some rock climbing, my biggest achievement is scaling the Grand Teton in Wyoming
-I'm also in Track, but I like XC more (who likes running in circles anyways?) The two-mile on an indoor track is 16 laps =(
-I'm also in cheerleading, I used to be in gymnastics, but it got too expensive so I had to quit. Cheerleading is only $20 for the whole season, it's not nearly as intense, but the stunting is pretty fun. I can do a really long handstand, front hand spring, round off, shitty backhandspring, and a decent back flip
That's pretty much it. I'm mostly a runner though. I gotta start lifting weights again so I can actually toss the girls higher in cheerleading... I'm wicked weak in the upper body =(
This spring I'm going to try to get a 4:20 in the mile, then I'll have the school record for cross country and the mile, and if I can get the record for the mile, the record for the 2 mile will be an easy catch. I hope to have all of my school's distance running records =D
Alright I'm done now =)
