Me and my friend just got a new server. We don't know how to host a site from the server. Can anyone help us? Thanks.

About the problems, this might be related. But I'm thinking you need some more servers. Every second I have to refresh, and I end up having to restart IE. It's very annoying :(
I know adding more servers costs money, but I think it would help unclog some problems.

I have no idea how to make preloaders, and I can't figure out how Newgrounds made their preloader. :(

Can someone give me an actionscript code for making a preloader with a bar.

Extracting each frame? WOuldn't that take up like loads of memory? And even if you compressed it, you would have to have a fast processor.
