i use aspirate. Only recently started doing a little pixel work. Really good fun!
I'm currently doing a little building scene. Aseprite allows little animation too and convert to animation GIF.
Reminds me a lot of my childhood pc's. It's a fantastic piece of software and recommend checking it out. Available for windows and mac.
Anyway, I really like your pixxel work so keep it coming. I'd love to see more.

This is my first post and it isn't a very exciting one! I'm trying to make my first illustration and i'm struggling to follow my guidelines. I've opened a new layer and tracing it with my stylus and I'm using the Paths Tool to create a circular shape but it's looking wonky, pear shaped and off. Can anybody recommend any other methods other than the paths tool and freehand?
Joe.

Hello.
Here is my first submission. I found the process of creating this good fun. Its my first picture... ever!
I started this by hand, transferred it to photo shop and cleaned it up there.
I need advice regarding other programmes I could use, what would improve this and any other knowledge would be great.
Cheers,
Joe.
Thank you Ericho. I will remember that for the future, hopefuly some mods will be able to move it along.
I'm excited about creating some new Cartoons. If anybody has any further advice with regards to which flash I should be using then that would be brilliant.
I've been watching some cartoon on NG and I'm amazed how amazing people are doing.
Amazing stuff.

Hello.
I used to be a Newgrounds member many years ago. I used to work in Flash 5, creating little animations (nothing great) I used it just for fun.
I am interested in learning how to work in flash again.
Has the flash evolution changed dramatically since Flash 5 and which Flash is primarily used for animations, short cartoons etc?
Many thanks,
Joel.
