You could use some magical actionscript so your flashes are always set to low quality.
Low quality removes the anti-aliasing and gives that pixel effect.

Already have them all and several other nifty programs/plugins. But I most likely won't be making skins until I make several models compatable with the Source Engine for the Clock Crew TF2 map.
