Hello good ladies and gents!
Just created an Iphone Wallpaper for a good friend's birthday, and was just wondering if you guys have any constructive criticism so that not only could I improve making commissions, but make my animations more appealing.
Danke Danke!

PM'd ya a demo good man!
Hello guys, but step aside, it's the gals I need mostly!
I'm working on a "Gurren Lagaan" styled short animation, and it needs 1 female voice actor.
Very short, literally only 3 lines
--RULES--
-Gotta have a decent mic (meaning no hurricane in the background)
-Experience is good, but not necessary,
-Not a paid project because my wallet's emptier than my soul, but will be recommended and credited EVERYWHERE
---------------
The badass character in need of a voice is named "Moonstone Medic", a TF2 styled female character. Her age falls between 18-30.
I prefer her voice to have an elegant light accent (can be any accent, don't be afraid to experiment), while having a cold personality.
(But if you can't do an accent, no problemo, just need to have a nice voice)
Under this sentence is the audition line you grand gals can try out.
(Stern/frustrated) "Stand back! Or I'll give you an open heart surgery right where you're standing!"
To those who are interested simply shoot me an email containing a demo of the line above: matyasgombos@yahoo.com
Or PM me through my Newgrounds profile.
Danke!

A badass american hero voice? My good man, a demo is coming your way!
Sorry mate, wrong area to post.
Here's where ya do it.
Well as much as mic goes, I suggest a "Blue" microphone brand.
A Snowball is a great high quality starter at a cheap price.
(Don't forget the pop filter you can get cheap on Ebay!)

I've sent a couple of people auditions for various roles, and have gotten no feedback at all.
I understand that VAs should record Demos in order to showcase their "talent", but I'm a little stuck on how to do that. I just can't wrap my head around how to do a decent demo! I've tried scripted, improvisation, and a mix of the two but I just cant find the right way to showcase my "talent"...
Does have any tips or suggestions for making a good demo, or just moving forward in this field in general?
Any help would be much appreciated!
(Brace yourself, this'll be a little long)
Haha oh I know the feeling.
As a fellow voice-actor, even I can say that it is very frustrating being hired for projects due to... well basically launching with a clean empty slate. All I can say is, just keep trying, search every nook and cranny for an open audition, you'll be bound to get a number.. that's really how I did it. (No joke). Ounce you find a project which gets released and receives quite a popularity, then it'll get easier for you to partake in more roles for the future.
Now, as for VA demo's, I'll be developing my official one once I finish my animation. I wouldn't RECOMMEND spending time creating a voice-demo now, wait until you complete a few more auditions/given roles.
It's only my opinion though, you could just do a VA demo in your stage if you wanted to, HOWEVER!.. It's frustrating to develop a demo, because you're trying to showcase your skills, when you had just started in this skill (The best way I can explain it). Thus, I suggest doing a few auditions and receive successful roles.
Just watch, ounce you do a few VA projects, you'll be more experienced & confident. This'll give you what we call an "Unconscious Competence", meaning you improved and practiced so much, that you can easily feel comfortable as you nail a line without even trying.
This will also help you feel less subconscious and worried about your performance as you create your VA, since your experience paved the way on delivery.
Don't fret on how to showcase your demo, (improv, comedy, narration, random funny-ass gibberish) There is no specific guideline that every VA has to follow for a demo, just have a good unique voice(s), and be creative with your own style of showing off!
Here are a few video examples that I'll be following for sure:
JelloApocalypse - Most of his demo's are nicely done improvs he did in less then 20 minutes
Usamimi - Her demo reel is only from released projects. Note her formal introduction
Hope this helps good man! (atleast just a little bit)

6. If you got the cash, migrate to Flash CC - it's probably the most stable version of Flash (after Cs3)
Thanks a bunch good Sarge! After I finish this project, I will be migrating towards Flash CC. I'd rather have stability than fear.

Indeed yes. HOWEVER! I tinkered around with it a bit more last night after I posted for help, opening the file through Adobe Bridge somehow creates a fail-proof path that let's me open the file no-problemo.
So the problem is solved (For now).
Well, I guess to all you people who also suffers from a problem similar to this, try opening it through Adobe Bridge.
Heya guys, I could really use your help.
I'm working on an animation that I've put quite a good amount of time on Adobe Flash CS6, which is an anime parody of the video game community. However, I have just encountered a problem that just crushed my spirit into oblivion.
As I load Flash CS6, it gets to the menu where I can select files easy-peasy. However, when I select a saved file or even make a brand new project of ANY KIND! It freezes/crash on the Spot!
I even tried doing a complete uninstall using Revo uninstaller, no dice.
Do you fine ladies and gent know how to save my life?
. . . this is definatly not a selfie.... *thumbs up* :D

Hello der! Need a Male voice actor for an upcoming dubbed comic currently in the making called...
"Snake and the Fan"
Snake is already being voiced, all I need now is a decent young adult/teen voice for his biggest fan. A Nerdy voice, or just a young/innocent male voice is perfect enough!
You have to have atleast a decent mic, which has little to no background/static noise whatsoever.
There is no payment considering the fan's script is quite short (and that I have no money either). However this'll really give a good experience for voice-actors which will be highly credited and recommended.
Here are some audition lines for the Fan to give me as you sign up.
*super excited* "Hi!"
"My friend and I were wondering, are you Solid Snake?
*Giddy as a schoolgirl* "HAHAHA I KNEW IT! He just thought you were a pile of rags, but I told him it was you!"
"Can I have your autograph!?"
The deadline will be July 1st for auditions.
Simply PM me your audition lines to me through Newgrounds, or contact me through my Email: matyasgombos@yahoo.com

Holy hell, your lighting and shading techniques look right above professionalism! I'm sure you've done commissions for many happy customers. d:

Quite true! All you really need is atleast a decent mic (I reccomend a Blue Snowball, only 50 bucks on Ebay for me), a pop filter, Audacity program that is luckily free, and your voice. That's all ya need.
People, the Power of Four Summer is here! If ya need a rough-and-(not so)Buff voice actor, you can always use me.

I will pay $100.
It will basically be talking about agricultural equipment so deep male voice preferred.
If you accept bitcoin that is way better for me.
Put links to your demo reels here
Here's my tryout good man, this is a test if you approve of the voice for your sweet project!
Farmer's Tryout Audition
Cheers!
You have posted in the incorrect thread. You need to advertise in the link below so we can make room for other audio posts.
It's all Freelance from here pal, it's up to both/either producer of project or voice actor in interest when it comes to pricing. The majority of the project, or work the voice actor must contribute, is what the recommended pay should actually be. But as a beginner I'm mostly here for the experience.
As for your 6 episode project, you'll have to post that here. This post is where all projects in need of voice-actors must go.

I'll start off with this one.
Me and my best friend have always been a big fan of River City Ransom on the classic NES. So I made him this.
