First of all. You cannot just go up to her after never talking to her and ask her out to be your boyfriend. Don't work like that! Maybe if you're 11 it may or may not due to the excitement of the first time it's ever happened...you're 15 so she may have already had a boyfriend. Still not advisable......

You need to just start blowin the breeze with her and talk to her. Be funny charming and a little edgy...get to know her a little bit before you ask her out as your girlfriend because women hate "being treated like a piece of meat" which directly translates to asking her to be your girlfriend before you ever had a convo with her. You obviously only like her for her looks and she won't appreciate that (which may be true so you gotta at LEAST fake like you think her unique personality traits interests you) Slowly but surely escalate into flirting. If she flirts back it's on. If she doesn't you got more work to do talking to her...if you keep flirting when she doesn't flirt back it gets kinda creepy.

This is extremely complicated for you to probably understand for maybe the first time but this is how it works. I probably won't look back into this thread to see your response or the flames but that's the deal yo. Good luck and don't wind up in the god damn friend zone.

Yeah, that's what I'm trying to insert. A preloader before the first scene. How would I do that if I have the entire flash made but want to add the preloader or generally speaking....how would I add more frames before the first? Same as above or no?

I'm a newb at Flash and I'm looking to find a good way to draw clouds *using Flash*. Create your best cloudy sky picture.

If you make a sky to pop the clouds out make sure the Focal point is the clouds itself and not the sky behind it. Here's mine I did in 15 minutes.

I made a very simple flash and published it...but as I look at it. I kind of want to add a new scene back on the first frame. How do I back edit things in the timeline in regards to creating more space behind Frame 01 to make it so I can push what is already there further up and add a new scene before it?

Does using a higher Frame Per Second dramatically increase file size? Would it be in my best interest if I want to keep file size small and minimum to reduce FPS (if possible)

Errr, how long does the image take to refresh onto the Review section? I posted my new picture about an hour ago and the same old .gif file is popping up when I review some music.

Is there a review period before it's accepted as a new icon or something?

I've been browsing around Youtube and found this funny ass blog page of this guy. He claims to be the best gamer in the world. Best Paladin in the world and all sorts of other shit. Personally, I think his videos are freaking hilarious and he's interesting as hell. Anyone, ever heard of Athenewins on Youtube? Funniest guy EVER. He has a funny French accent too which makes him a bit more memorable.

Often when I'm making a background stage I use the rectangle tool and I cover , let's say , the upper half portion of the canvas with a blue-ish radial gradient background that BLEEDS over the 550x400 canvas size I have...one of the problems I've had is *forgetting* that the bleed isn't getting filmed and I may put stuff outside of the canvas. What is the best way that you personally check to make sure your stuff isn't bleeding and or to cut all the bleed off the canvas so whatever I put on the background matches 550x400? Thanks

I just watched a tutorial and picked a part one the Newgrounds preloaders and the tank is cut up in like 5 different parts. I always figured it would be in one movie clip / graphic...I've been doodling around with some FBF stickmen but if I tween people am I going to have to cut up their arms legs and head and stuff and tween them in the same direction on different layers separately ? Or can I do it on one movie clip ? I'm confused :3

Can you tell me the difference between what will happen if I put it at a higher frame rate than a lower rate? Can't you just increase the amount of frames in a 12 FPS to make it slower or decrease the amount to make it faster? Wouldn't that be the same as having it at 28 FPS etc?

I'm new to Flash and watched many tutorials but sometimes the Tuts don't explain things clearly enough...I don't want to spam the BBS with my simple questions about the how-tos of Flash so I'm making one long thread I can toss all my simple-to-answer questions in.

Question #1:
I've been killing myself to do some Flashes that are complex to where I feel I should be in Flash...but realistically that's anti-productive and I should start out at the lowest level as to not demotivate myself. I'm making a stick frame-by-frame flash and I was wondering if I have to turn each different stick into a symbol so it flows into animation?

I'm still having problems with this. Does anyone know if I can create a workable account .gif image using Flash CS3? I'm new to Flash and don't know if I can. I would really love to have a second image for when I comment on peoples work.

I want to turn this image into a .gif file so I can use it as one of my images of me when I post comments for people. I've been trying to use my MSpaint to create the image myself but it keeps telling me Newgrounds doesn't accept transparent images...As far as I know I'm doing everything everyone told me and even the Help option to make it Opaque but still ... no.

Could anyone turn this iamge into a bite sized version .gif file so I can embed it into my Account > Image files? I would love you for life!
