So i just finished using a full screen program and now my computer looks like it zoomed in to everything. I tried changing the screen resolution but all it does is change the size but leaves this black border around the screen. This is hurting my eyes really bad! Someone please help!

I'm not that stupid. I've tried to basic stuff.

It gives me a scroll down list that I can't use when I go to web cam settings.

I'm trying to have a webcam chat with my firend on msn but whenever I start a video call my webcam screen is just pitch black (No, the lense cap is not on and brightness is not tuned to 0). I'm using the latest version of msn and the webcam used to work before. When I go to web cam setting it says I need to use my audi/video tuning wizard to select the webcam. This so called tuning wizard dosn't seem to exist on my computer (I used search) and I can't get my webcam to work anymore. So I ask all of you, the fine people of Newgrounds.com to help me in my time of need.
