The first image is just killed by those knock out shapes, they really seem out of place and distracting, they're minimal and ugly when juxtaposed with the cube. I think if you took out all the foreground items it would be a much more interesting picture. The text of your name is also ugly and out of place.

The second picture is too busy and again, your name with that basic font is ugly and out of place. I like the way the hearts look like they have tire tracks over them, it gives the piece some significance, whether you meant it or not. The glow filter on the calligraphy is way too much.

Keep making art and I'm sure you will improve.

ok, i want to take a little poll, who is NOT going to get the last harry potter book and has no care to read it? i mean, its a book, it requires work to read, and you know the movies coming out eventually. i think harry potters way over rated, the movies are good, but theres TONS of movies that are better

like seriously, it takes what 2 hours to watch a movie the book is like nearly 800 pages long

ok i gota question, when exporting a .gif image from flash, why is it that every time i do it, it looks like someone hit sharpen way to many times, but the upload has to be as a gif for the 46x46 icon pic for your main page

(to see what i mean, go to My Page)

is there a sertain way to export it or what that will make it look good, because there are some icons on newgrounds that do actually look good
