Seriously, this problem puts a huge wrench in anything I try to make. Doesn't anybody know how to fix it?

Okay I have a fairly specific problem. On a future project, I need a way to skip between +8 different frame labels, but I only want a forward button and back button to be accessible. In past projects (don't try looking for them, they are only on a school website) I attempted to do this but couldn't figure it out. I resorted to making buttons that skip forward/backward 120 frames (a slideshow with 4-second long slides). The only way I can think of solving this would be to "replace" the button's actionscripts in new keyframes on their layer for every scene, but I'd really rather use pure actionscript... Any suggestions?

Some of the computers at my school have the ability to record audio mp3 style without any microphone... You know, as in "taking the sound that's going through the speakers and putting it in the recording directly. Well none of the computers in my home can do that. Such an ability would make gathering certain sound FX much easier... Is there anybody who can help me let my laptop do this?

What's the deal with all these useless flash works flooding the portal? You know the ones I mean... The ones with like a dozen 'collaborators' and they last about half a second after a 20 second intro. Is there something I'm not getting here? Like how not a single one has been blammed? These things are pointless... Nobody is ever gonna look at them more than once. Somebody, please, enlighten me.

Yeah I was wondering how you could garuntee that you'd actually get the activation code thing for the software if you bought it off eBay, I mean it's not like it'd be that hard to cheat somebody out of it. :(
