Bad case of constipation/stomach cramps one morning. Go to the nurse a short time late and find out its not constipation/stomach cramps but a gangrenous appendix.

Response to: Reasons why 2012 is bullshit. Posted April 24th, 2010 in General

What's funny is that the Mayans predicted that the world would be reborn in 2012, it was those silly little Christians that added the "end of the world" to it.

Response to: South Park Season 14 Posted April 15th, 2010 in General

Some people think this recent episode isn't going to have a follow up second part and is going to be like how the Sopranos ended. They think next week will be a completely different episode.

Decided to twist it around a bit.

Original Dialogue:

Janine Melnitz: Do you believe in UFOs, astral projections, mental telepathy, ESP, clairvoyance, spirit photography, telekinetic movement, full trance mediums, the Loch Ness monster and the theory of Atlantis?

Winston Zeddemore: Ah, if there's a steady paycheck in it, I'll believe anything you say.

...54 translations later we get:

Janine Melnitz: When judges John eh, Australia, exotic, spiritual, fantastic, image Processing, communication theory, most of the race. Atorantisuburisumonsuta?

Winston Zeddemore: If you have a regular salary, but I think.

Perhaps a point/money system that involves picking up strands of DNA and using them to buy weapons and armor enhancements?

Response to: [shmup] The Cell Level Posted November 27th, 2009 in Art

Perhaps some enemies should be more like barriers, such as blood clots, that must be rapidly shot in order to break them down before you collide with them.

Perhaps some "joke" enemies based on terms used to describe medical conditions and such. Could be mini-bosses/bosses

Charley Horse (Could resemble a horse-like cell)
Butterflies in the Stomach (Large swarm of vicious-looking butterflies)
Gamekeeper's thumb
Railway spine
(Reach a tract of spinal cord that resembles railway tracts, fight a mass of cells that resemble a train)
Million-dollar wound
Mallet finger

Just a sample idea that I'm contributing for a virus design, I figure they might be more like a an obstacle-like enemy that floats towards you but is easily destroyed.

Perhaps a unique weapon could be a Prion cannon (referencing Ion cannons) that is effective against most normal (unaltered) enemy cells.
