This is one of the first things I do when I stumble upon a suspicious flash. I know I'm not perfect and made a mistake less than a week ago, but I always try to check their e-mail, userpage, and website(if they have one).

So let's do a little bit more investigation before deciding something is stolen? Good to go?

It is very easy to get overanxious when you think you have a stolen submission, I understand. Just control yourselves. The flash isn't going anywhere unless it has more than 250 views already, and even then it can take a very long time to get the amount it needs to be saved/blammed.

I think that Colonel had the best badge. It's one of the few I'd expect to see on an actual member of the military. Considering how high that rank is, though, that's quite a few ways away for me.

It passed, and it doesn't look like it was stolen anyway. The account looks like a feasible option for a game maker's account. Most people don't put to much effort into an auxiliary account anyway, let alone one made just to submit a game.
