I think everybody the age of 18 should be allowed to vote. (but screw the citizenship thing, you could live in the U.S. 15 years, do nothing wrong, and still not become a citizen to vote).

I think the real problem here is that people should be better educated in the nation's schools. A lot of people are very dumb and so parenting should also be enforced so that people could be smarter and choose better choices in life.

With all of this, a diploma or any other restriction for voting should not be allowed because it would be unnecessary.

Elfen Lied was a pretty good manga/anime. However I didn't read the manga...there was an anime. And I didn't realize that there was a manga because I saw the anime first. Plus I didn't read all of the manga because I already finished the anime series and didn't feel like repeating some stuff.

I can see the situation you're in, not very good. I mean what's the point of partnering up with someone that doesn't do the work as well? I say the teacher is a dick considering he/she is letting you suffer knowing that the other person doesn't do the work either. Isn't there a consequence to people like that? Other than making other people have bad grades?
