Unfortunately, with lack of animators, it doesn't appear that this project will be done. So, I'm officially canceling this project. Thank you to all who applied. I appreciate your interest in this show. Maybe I'll try it again later in the future. However, I'm not gonna stop trying to make content & contacts. I'll be putting up written work in the writing forums, making sound design demos, making a YouTube show where I test scientifically questionable actions in movies & determine if they're "Sound or Cinematic", & start a podcast where I talk about movies, anime, games, wrestling, etc. Btw, if u wanna be a co host, let me know cause its more fun with more people. Hi, I'm making a youtube show where I analyze movies, focus on certain scenes where scientifically questions actions take place, and determine whether it's "Sound or Cinematic". It's sort of like Mythbusters except in a similar style to Gajin Goomba. I need artists to create the background and stop-motion shots of my avatar. I would also like some music to play in background. The first movie I'm analyzing is The Marine. I'm doing this project soley for fun and enjoyment. That means no money. If that turns you off, I understand.

Juicers: Juicers were the first among energy manipulators to emerge. They could channel the energy in their bodies through their muscles. By concentrating their flow through their muscles, they can increase their physical abilities. Because of the strong muscles are needed to use this power, it was common when humanity was rebuilding.

Mechanics: Mechanics were the second among energy users to emerge. They are energy users who manipulate the pure energy inside them by channeling it through an object. They channel their energy through their body using nerves or veins to the point of contact with the object. They then let the energy seep through their pores and into the object. Once the connection is established, they simply amp up the flow to cover their weapon with energy. If they use a throwing weapon, a stream of energy is always connected to the weapon. Through training, this stream becomes smaller and smaller to the point that the human eye cannot see it. This allows the user to change its direction without moving a finger. The stronger you are, the more weapons you can control at once. Most energy users today have this power.

Psychics: Psychics were the third among energy users to emerge. They are similar to Mechanics in that they channel through their body and set up connections with objects to control them. However, psychics can only channel their energy through their minds. They then seep it through the pores in their heads and have it travel through the air, using the air like Mechanics use their nerves and veins. Then they make the connection with the object allowing them to move the object at will. They are also able to use the energy itself as weapon by striking their opponent with it like a lightning bolt or collecting the energy in one spot to form a barrier. Because of the high intellect that this power requires, it is extremely rare.

Mages: Mages were the fourth among energy users to emerge. They are energy users who have trained their bodies and minds to use all three powers. There is only one recorded Mage in history.

The Web comic is shonen style. The title is The Angel. It follows Aaron Myklash, a 25 year old who seeks to destroy The Law using his mysterious powers. Will start a kickstarter once the logo is finished.

Well, it's really hard to say exactly what music I'm looking for cause (1) I don't know a lot about music & (2) It's going to be an anime without the animation. So, it needs different kinds of music; suspense, fast pace battle music, comedy, theme songs. It's hard to explain in text.

In the year 2500, an apocalyptic event forced the Earth’s continents to collide with one another. The major shift caused giant earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, a drastic change in the ocean’s currents, and violent hurricanes and tornadoes. Approximately eighty-five percent of humanities population was wiped out. No government or military could protect anyone from this disaster. Every form of authority was completely destroyed.

When the planet settled, what was left of humanity found themselves on a gigantically massive island. The island was divided into certain levels. Going towards the middle of the island, the 1st level is 7000ft to 7500ft high. The 2nd level is 5000ft to 5500ft high. The 3rd level is 3000ft to 3500ft high. The 4th level is 1000ft to 1500ft high. The 5th and last level is -1000ft to -500ft high. Underground currents poured water into the 5th level filling it up. There was one island sitting at 0ft to 500ft high in the middle of this enormous lake. Humanity started over in this new world. A new government and military were established. They were dubbed The Law.

About 500yrs later, rumors started floating around about people with superpowers. It wasn’t long before these rumors were fact. No one knew how, but people with all sorts of superpowers began emerging. One scientist, a man named Gregory Nuckal, noticed that what superpower you had depended on where you were born. After exploring in multiple towns, he finally found the cause. Supernatural crystals buried underground were giving off radiation. Not enough to notice, but enough to mutate people. He had found the answer to superpowers.

“In the middle of the brain, there is a pocket which contains our unlocked energy. Normally, this pocket would only open in certain situations in order to help us exceed our limitations. However, these crystals mutated us. And in doing so, opened the pocket permanently. Also, depending on which type of crystal you were exposed to, it put in a filter, a filter that all that energy must go through. This filter is what truly causes superpowers. It alters the energy, changing its form. A person exposed to a flame crystal would have their energy changed into fire. Of course, this is a slow process. If it was instant, you’re body would be burned from the inside out. Over time, your body adjusted to the new form of energy. The mutation isn’t fully complete until you reach around ten years old. People of the world, humanity has evolved into super beings.”

Before long, this new supercontinent was a place where superpowers were an everyday thing. The story follows Aaron Myklash as he attempts to topple the corruptive new government referred to as "Law".

The show is rated PG-13. I said its Shonen style. Plenty of action, comedy, drama, & surprises. I need somewhere from 8-12 voices for the first episode. I'd have to "hire" you in order to tell you more.

You should be able to use five voices since I've split it into five parts. Please don't reread the entire thing five times in your audition submission. Not looking for any particular voice so be creative. Auditions end January 7th. There are a few requirements but nothing too demanding. Background noise should be minimal or nonexistent. Microphones shouldn't pick up extra breath from making a p or b sound. You can get a simple screen for that. Happy Holidays. Here are the lines.

At first, these reports where dismissed as silly rumors. But, it wasn’t long before not only were these people proven as fact;
they became so common that The Law’s top officials had these kinds of powers. However, even in a world where superpowers are common, anomalies can still occur.

Hey guys. I no I haven't really replied to any of u & I apologize. It's been busy lately. Some of u ask me for a sample script. It's just that its hard to write a sample script for people I've never known. Are you male or female? What's your vocal range? Any speech impediments? Accents? The point is its hard for me to write a script for everyone. So here's what I suggest. Record yourself reading whatever lines you want. Show me what voices you can do. It doesn't have to be fancy. But I do need to understand what you are saying. Message it to me. I will listen to them & get back to you. Thanks guys.
