He already made a dozens of threads in other forums asking for someone to help him with his game, although we did tell him a bajillion of times, he should make a thread in the Collaboration forum. Whatever, he is either a troll or just a dumb kid.

If you are looking for a programmer, artist, composer, animator, writer or whatever you should create a thread in the Collaboration forum.

You don't have to, but let me say that the people around here hate loops (movies without preloaders). I don't know if you can add a play button in Toon Boom, since I never used that software.

Of course you can upload cartoons made with Toon Boom. You have to export it as a .swf, though.

Frame by frame looks smooth, tweens can also be smooth if you know how to use them. So I guess both are alright.
