Best combination right there.
That be true.
Anyway, I've got a new comic up! It's called sisterfist. oh the expectations
It's been there since yesterday, but I was kinda busy.
It's also in the portal!
I think it's a bit pretentious and patronising to talk about how a 'true artist' wouldn't do this for the money. For a lot of people their art is their job, and they very often have to deal with the mindset that 'true art is for the creative experience, not the material gain', but artists have to eat too.
I mean, you could call yourself an artist as a musician, but you still want to make money from selling your albums. This isn't different.
Anyway, I really do hope you find someone to do a cool pic for your album cover. It's always difficult to start out, and it looks like you have Tomsan inspired :) Just be a little cautious with your wording next time.

Thanks, Hyptosis :D
I was listening to System of a down and it put me into a rioting mood. Also, I got hired by that animation studio again and per chance I'm animating a rioting scene, so that also helped. I want to make this a long, crowded, agressive protest with lots of people.
also I get to draw on a cintiq again yay
I know this is vague, but part of a vacuum cleaner?
Okay, so I drew the filth-crusted hobo touching himself.
I'm only going to post a part here and the rest in the dumping grounds, I don't want this thread locked.
THIS IS REALLY REALLY NSFW AND KIND OF JUST GROSS BE WARNED
it has a wrinkly penis, amongst other things. I do think I'm going to colour this in, I just don't know how yet.

Well.. I actually inspired myself to draw that.. 'scene' last night. So yeah. You might see a very, very Not Suitable For Work Or Anyone In General image here pretty soon.

Fun to draw a man touching himself?
You naughty girl.
Why of course. It's fun to draw anyone touching themselves.
Granted they're not filth-crusted hobo's or anything.
But still, that's drawable. In a sense.

Wow, very strong. Amazing piece. It reminds me why I like the rain
Rain is great. I like autumn.
Anyway, here's something that might be considered NSFW, although you can't really see any penis or anything. So. You know.
Fun to draw though

Hey, I feel kind of humbled by that comment. Thank you.

Beautiful.
I really like the line work in this one.
Thanks, aigis. I finally found a great pen to give my linework more (much needed) depth. So, for anyone still searching for a good inking pen: Copic Multiliner SP Brush Pen it is.
Look I made a comic again and all that
It's also in the art portal.
Drawing rain like that was.. a bit of work. But I do like the outcome.
Ha, those are great. I like the fact that I'm not the only one who imagined her a redhead :p
That said, I made another one for you to clothe wooo
..I feel like I'm making drawings for a colouring book.
But before this becomes a dump for the drawings I make of people without clothes, everyone feel free to contribute your own onderwear-y characters for others to dress up.
I make okay drawings when I'm in a bad mood
Also, long time no see, Newgrounds.

video game character it is
Also, nice touch with the underpants.
Oh, and as an example I've clothed my own.
As you can see it's not my forte, but anyway.
Here's another one, if you like boy clothes better.
You have people that love drawing and designing just the right outfit for their characters and spending quite some time on making specifics fit their personalities.
I am not one of those people.
I tend to draw just.. clothes that are always kind of the generic version of a certain type of clothing. But the truth is, good clothing can make a character stand out so much more and really bring it to life. So I thought about starting this thread. For those who want to get better at specifying a character's style through their clothing, want to learn how to draw believable clothes in general or those who just freaking love drawing outfits.
TIPS:
-Everyone is allowed to submit their own character (in underwear or something, not nude) or dress someone else's.
-Modifications of the original drawing are best limited to for instance redrawing feet if they don't match a certain type of shoes, changing hairstyles or removing a couple lines that would otherwise mess with the clothes.
-If you submit a new character, it's best to give it an open pose, those are easier to dress.
-Use references and accessorise! Those make everything waaayyy more believable and detailed.
So! I don't even know if this is an interesting idea, but I'll trust in the good will of Newgrounds (oh dear) and hope people try. Here's the first one! (you can colour her in any way you like of course, or not at all)

Let me offer some insight on a twirling dive.
Well, all I can say about that is that it's a better tutorial-esque thing than I could ever make. Genitals should never be rigid, it disrupts the cosmic balance. Very insightful indeed, dang, I should have thought of that.

Not sure if this is what you wanted so I went from memory and drew a story board
That was fast :D and yup, that was about what I had in mind. Although this is a dive, not a somersault :p
just a couple thoughts: in the first image, the person walks with both left leg and arm outstretched. They are always supposed to be opposites when walking, left leg-right arm, right leg-left arm. Also, if you squat down yourself before a jump, you'll notice your arms are probably elbows-up and hands behind back or at your sides, instead of huddled in front.
Last, if you dive without wanting to get brain-damage, you'll probably stretch out your arms in front of you :D
Something I also noticed is that your backs are always relatively straight in your drawings. Don't be afraid to bend your bodies! It makes them way more dynamic.
I uh.. drew you a tiny little ready-to-jump-man to illustrate. Maybe some of it helps.
But anyway, you draw this without reference and very quickly, so it's okay practice. Jumps are fun, in my opinion.
Yeah, no. These things are in all probability made with a certain thing that 'sketchyfies' either drawings or photographs. I strongly recognise the look of the drawings from a website that I can't find at the moment. The thing connects drawn lines with a multitude of hair-fine lines as if bound together by a sketchy spiderweb or something.
Please give the originals-originals, not the processed ones.
I apologise if you in some weird, weird way actually drew these but I am like 83,6% sure you didn't, which is quite high a percentage of sureness for me. If so though, please prove me wrong by drawing something in a different style or non-digitally.
Hurray anatomy!
Hurray dynamic stuff!
Well, I was thinking about how you could maybe try drawing the different stages of someone salto-ing off a diving board, but that's more pure action. It's always an option though, and kinda fun.
Yup, I like them too! Especially the first one. There's somethin spontaneous and playful in them. I can't really find a point of critique since your style is already so defined and well-balanced. I love the cartoonish feel to these, it reminds me of Fleischer animations. (I checked out your profile)
So yeah in other words MOAR
Haa, I have a new portal submission! Loook loooook it has ZOMBIES
It's a commission piece and I have worked on and off on it for.. I guess 2 months now. Jezus Cheesecakes. I'm happy it's finished.

Queefs disgusting? They're less fun than burps, but no more digusting in my opinion.
And yeah, I speak dutch. I'm Belgian really, but I guess that's just Holland's and France's little combo-appendix.
So I have this little webcomic update today, you know. Eh.
i'd put it in the art portal but it's kind of shameless. Maybe, though, I don't know yet.
A lot of people get halfway enraged when they see art on lined paper, but I personally think it can add an aspect of spontanity and familiarity to a sketch. I don't recommend it for pieces you plan to clean up or if you draw something which you want serious critique on, like anatomy training, since it does distract from the actual drawing. But for fun little sketches or stuff that's supposed to like like it came out of a notepad, sure.
Wohey, nice use of colour here. Kinda jealous. Your colouring and shading skills seem pretty dang sharp, in my opinion. The (slightly) weaker points seem to be in your anatomy. For instance your giant's arm looks kinda.. ginormous, in a way that looks a bit wrong. It's possible you were trying to put perspective in it, but that didn't really get through.
Like I said, your feel and skill with colouring looks great, and your pieces as a whole do too, but a minor thought maybe: both these pieces seem to have a small figure being dwarfed by a much larger one, but both pictures are framed very frontally. You might want to try out some extremes in perspective (frog-perspective for instance) which will immediatly make your images a lot more intense and dynamic, if done correctly.
But still, great.
