I have three techdecks yeah, but I won one of them and the other one I got for 3 pounds in London. So originally my intention was only to have one
one + one = two :P
haha, nice.
its hard. I've tried it in class.
lol fingerboarding is funny
that first guy is really good at it.
still its a little bit lame. fun, but lame.
lachlan, whar is zee enginn?
I went out and learned a fakie shove manual 180 pivot yesterday... its a stupid name but its a stylish little trick.
cronic thats awesome.
yo lochstarz I've got more loops for you if you want them, a double punch, triple punch, and a jump!
LACHLAN
what do you want me to draw/animate for the boss battle?
a BOSS, perhaps?
yeah, its just not used all that much since it's kind of old fashioned.
I'll help
:P
its a good idea for a website. sounds swell.
people scrape kickflips along the ground all the time; some people even learn how to do them before ollies.

!!!!!
I find expedition-one really nice, I've had two of them and they last foreverrrr
thanks, it doesn't work but its better than I'd have done :)
oh thats okay then, you'll both be busy enough.
lochie, I'm making something for school and I need a code that will make some text appear when the character (areal view like in gameboy zelda) steps on certain object on screen.
I have no AS vocabulary but I figured it would be something like:
if (character.rollOver == true) {_certainspotonscreen.gotoAndPlay (2);
}
but that doesn't work! :P
Any ideas?
Oh god so many people are asking. >:C
That may be true, but would THEY be LachlanMcLachlan? :O
Got any ideas for it? :P
one idea was to ask one of the twins to be the musician, marcy/tommy, do either of you want to?
As for game ideas, none at the moment, but only because I'd rather think about that once a team is decided. It would be a SHAME to come up with all sorts of ideas and then not do any of them :P
LOCHIE, POWER OF THREE????!
!!!!
loved it marcy! great stuff, well thought out.
really flowed like a short film should.

is that even possible?? I thought you could only have 4 gigs of ram! thats crazy.
lawl, Im still here ^_^
the baby skate collab sounds like fun, I'd love to make something but it depends on when you need it because I'm fairly busy right now.
lochie and I will be leader pals :)
lol, thanks guys :)
I think it'll change over time, I'm not really worried about it.
I made something
RAT, to achieve the effect you're looking for, import the video into flash and trace the outline of the character in a new layer. Once you've gotten all you need, delete the video, paint bucket the outlines, and you've got yourself a nice little skater rotoscope!
Yeah, I think I got a couple more on there :)
Yeah I got like 8 new people on my favorite artist list.
I was hoping for a couple from this collab but none so far? :(
woo yay!
this collab turned out really well you guys. It was a great project and mexifry you can really lead a collab. 8D
all of the parts looked great, especially seeing them sequenced to the music properly and all.
and its really nice to have been co-authored! :)
nice to see it on the front page, don't worry about the reviews. the vast majority of newgrounds audiences don't appreciate the time and effort flash entails and they just come to the site looking for a quick laugh. To me, the most important thing is that we were recognized and put on the front page.
again, lots of fun to do this, it was great.
it only counts as good artist points if you don't ask :P
actually, we didn't set any real deadlines on cardboard city and it went alright. I don't think its something that can be made to fit a rule, all collabs go differently and its probably best to just take them case by case.
wow... how did make that mistake?
*fawx :)
oh cool, I like faux
I haven't checked here in a while but I like the credits. my name is there which is great! :P
oh and nick, for my comments...: Morrowdays is of a rare species of young animator/artists who like to do and make things more than they don't. This rare genetic trait allows the "morrowdays" to get lots of things done.
kind of silly but whatever.
can't wait for march 6th.
also I demand all of the co-author spots.
Tom whats the big idea with these 'medals' things I'm seeing around? are you trying to mess with us or something? :P

But other than that. Grate.
that was good... I think the lack of menu/authors page/credits/sound at the end was the reason for the lowish score, but it was great to see it finished!
All of you guys are really good animators and its lots of fun working together on projects like these.
:D
