It's back up now.
we're allowed to post dubs of TV shows?
Sometimes I do my storyboards in Flash, though usually I do them on paper, import them into Flash and trace them.
Yeah, I'd have to agree with the posts above. Are there any other programs running? It could just be lagging.
Growth needs more recognition.
2.97 for daily 5th?!
I should've submitted something yesterday.

Except it did
Okay, first you have to go to the page of the movie you want to download - in that case, this and two others, and view the page source. You can do this by right-clicking on the page and clicking "View page source."
From there you'll need to find the .swf file, usually what I do is Ctrl + F and search for "swf." Then just save the link as to download it.
Hope that helps.
Kill all the trollfaces!
Nice animations you have there. Though some of them look a bit choppy, maybe make it a bit smoother?
I'm not clicking any URL that's been shortened.
Day 1 of my flash marathon; astronomy cartoons.
Kingdom Hearts soundboards, memorable quotes, tips, screenshots and info on Heartless.
My tribute to Edd Gould, an exceptional person and an amazing animator.

Despite your best efforts to blam this Flash, a majority of users have disagreed. This Flash has reached protected status.

This is a nice stopping point.
Sometimes I run into content there, but I don't go there on a normal basis.

lmfao
It's a nice concept, though like one of the reviewers said, it's a bit too reliant on dialogue rather than action, as opposed to the original Madness series. That in itself is okay, and I appreciate that you're trying to do something different.
The execution isn't something I'm personally fond of. I'd recommend http://voiceacting.proboards.com for voice actors who might be interested in providing quality voices for your project. For free. Placing text on the screen in a "comic" style is generally boring, and sometimes perceived as lazy.
Good luck
Like th1rt3en said, you don't need to actually resize the stage, since when you submit it, you can always put in your desired height and width. It has to be proportionate to the original size though, if you want good results.
An alternate method would be to select "Edit Multiple Frames" and manually re-size each frame. If you're trying to match a size that ISN'T proportionate, you can always embed the movie in a movie clip or graphic and letterbox it, though I personally won't recommend it.
It all depends on how much you've animated, if it's only a few seconds, you can probably make the necessary adjustments to avoid letterboxing it or whatever.
Hope this helps.
I agree with that, yes. As genre mod I can also add those "deletion" and "stolen" tags to flashes and it is very sad that users still vote highly on such flashes. I guess that they don't read the tags and just vote 5.
Barely anybody even cares about voting legitimately these days, the worst example of this was when I saw a printscare pass with 1.7. Before the redesign, even after a submission passed judgment it would get about 80-140 extra votes after judgment, so that gave submissions a chance to attain legitimate scores.
Why aren't the users who abuse it for example save whores get there points reset? there must be a way to track them down!

I think this should be enforced again, except instead of 0'ing everything, 2'ing or 5'ing everything.
On a side note, something about this seems fishy, but I can't quite place my finger on it: http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/599869
