what you did there sort of looks like you made it change a little and stopped by 20,35,70 etc and made changes there where it should be just simple one to a hundred <(again, just an example)

The tween is a simple 1 to 100 though; that's why I can't figure out why it's doing this.

it doesn't seem like there's enough a transition between when it's one big cloud and it breaks up into four little ones. i'd say a few more inbetweens would do the trick
