I live in Orange County New York which borders Sussex County in New Jersey (Northern NJ). New jersey really isn't that bad. The gas is cheaper and there is more stuff to do. And NYC is close enough but not TOO close.

It's pretty fun to make fun of New Jersey though. They seriously have the worst drivers in America.
