The plot's no worsely flawed than the first movie when you get down to it. Whoever is writing these things just seems to set up a lot of stuff and then forget half of it as he goes (ie, Barricade in the first movie just vanishes. He doesn't die, he doesn't get beat up really, he's just fine in the chase sequence that leads to Bonecrusher being killed and then suddenly.. Absent from the entire rest of the movie.)

It's a great series as far as effects and action goes, and they did a good job IMO of making it feel really epic, even if the plot's swiss cheese.

And yeah Megan Fox is just there to look hot, but honestly, that's all she was there for in the first movie as well.
