I think if your a complete beginner to Flash and animation, then you should just test it out and practice. Then you can see if you like it and if you want to continue. If you do, then just buy it.

Because if you tried to make an animation in 30 days without any experience, chances are that it's gonna be a pretty poor quality animation. imo.

So I want to change an icon for an animation I made, but when I click edit submission, there's no icon options anymore. I was able to see it before but now I can't.

The submission has recently been submitted to collections and FP'd. So I was thinking that you can't change it once it's been there?

Well it is slang, but they use "What's up" in a lot of countries I think. Not all people will know though.

You could always use programs like Eztoon (which is free). Although it does not have as many features and you can't make games out of it.
