This doesn't seem like hell to me. I could probably do this for years.

Of course, that would make me a terrible husband and father (I have 2-year old twins) - so perhaps in a different season of life I would say years :) But if I was asked to do this today, this would be a great 2 week vacation for me haha

I was studying in law school. It was not the most fun time in my life.

Reading this thread, makes me realize I'm twice as old as many of you. Sigh.

How can you all blame YouTube for such pressure?

When (or in most cases, IF) you guys ever become successful making movies, flash, or any intellectual property - you'd want to be paid for your efforts. But if thousands, if not millions of teenage punks are just stealing your work, enjoying it, and you don't get one cent from these folks - you'd be pissed too.

Then again, there are some generous folks who just make the art purely for the art and do not expect anything in return... but that's the minority.

Anyway, i wouldn't blame youtube. I'd blame those who RIGHTFULLY don't want their work stolen!

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the new layout - but this sound effect feature should remain with all NG layouts... unless they got a new one coming up?

Awww... everytime I voted on the old NG layout, I LOVED the voting sound effect beep sound. Is it just me or did the new layout get rid of it?

NG is a great place for great and horrible advice - sometimes the commentary is full of wisdom, sometimes just foolishness.

Either way, I noticed that NG folks tend to be quite humorous which is one main reason why I keep coming back.

This isn't applicable to me, but I tend to apply this mentality to the way I conduct myself with others - not to any extreme, but to the scary observation that I might not see these people again.

I totally agree. 100% of is racist - it's all a matter if we verbally/actively express ourselves with racism.

When I say racist - you generalize/stereotype races naturally. Everyone recognizes that not everyone belongs to a majority view but hey, if there's a majority - then the stereotype can apply to a large group of people. Again, think about it.

B/c I had a half-inch gap for my two front buck teeth (which were quite crooked amongst my other teeth). Yup, I was one ugly kid that would have fit perfectly with the Japanese teenagers of my time. Thousands of dollars later invested in orthodontics is well worth the beautiful smile I have today. =)

I can't stand Michael Moore, but I didn't see any racism in this video.

Needless to say, this guy is more entertaining than truthful. He banks on manipulating the truth and he's darn good at it too.

I am Christian and it PISSES ME OFF see fellow believers making Christianity as some A-hole freak show.

Jesus doesn't point a gun to anyone's head and says, "Accept me!" People are free to make their decision as what to believe. It is the Christian's job to transform him/herself to be as loving and true to Christ so that people may want to learn more about Him - those guys you just referred to are doing an absolutely horrible job.

In the end, I can't blame you for being an atheist. I just hope that you meet genuine, or at least, more mature Christians someday - from there, meaningful discussions can take place.
