They both still kick ass though.

I forgot about my sig. Damn, now I'll have to update it. You should make a script that automatically puts the burger in the sig of the recipient. Along with BWA HAHAHA!

In my opinion, Mother Russia (classical) is my best song yet, followed by Desert Rose (metal).

If your guitarport worked on your old comp, then there must be a compatibility problem with the new one, right? I don't know much about the guitar port, but doesn't it connect to the pc through usb? Maybe there's something wrong with the cable, or maybe you can try one of the other usb slots. And update the drivers at least for the guitar port and onboard soundcard. That's all I know. :(

Hey, smoke. Good timing, I'm in a creative mood. I'm gonna need as detailed description as possible of what you want in your sig. And I can't promise anything. It probably won't be finished tonight either, as I'm going out soon I think.

Also my internet connection is screwed at the moment, so I may not be able to respond right away.

Topic: new Guitar

Posted: 01/21/06 06:20 AM

You really need to visit a music shop, and try out a lot of guitars. Read a guitar buying guide first (google), or bring a guitar expert with you. Most importantly make sure the neck is straight (if it's ghey, dont buy it). If you find a guitar that you like, but the intonation is screwed, then have the store fix it for you, and if it's still screwed then don't buy it. Play the guitar and listen for bad sounds as you play up and down the neck. Shake the guitar and listen for rattling noises that indicate loose parts or wiring. Basically go over the guitar with a magnifying glass for flaws. And don't buy it the same day, but come back the next day and if you still like it then buy it. It's so easy to rush out and buy the first guitar you see, but my advice is take your time. Don't go to a store knowing that you'll buy a guitar, or it may end in tears.

Photoshopping for burgers is a great way to waste my precious time. So I'd love to! I can see now why you love me in a strictly platonic way, Solus.

What I meant was; I think it's bad if you use loops to make it sound like a drummer played an entire song. It's cheating and it's noticeable, and I don't like it. Loops can certainly be real drums.

I think the purpose of this topic shifted.

Me too.
