hey! i think the fire in the sketch take up to much space in the picture so the view seems to be dragt to the fire end not to the charakters. maybe you could make it a little smaller and set it a bit more near to the persons. i think if the light source in the finished piece is smaller and glow redish it could create a nice private mood.
i dont know this is good advise since i dont often give one, but i hope its helpful :)

Since i am trying to get better at drawing, i am submitting these to get some critics. The works are all pendil and ink on paper and cupboard. I would highly apretiate some feedback to improve myself, thanks :)
Well yeah havent spoken english for a while... by colouring the background dark i mean just to add a rather dark gray as background.

I made for a map, which i am making for an application. So my question now is: should i color the background dark or just leave it this way? Also i´m open for other sugestions/feedback.
