It's always like that, just make a new layer or put a blank keyframe before you start the new tween.

It's pretty good, but the swastika is the wrong way around :P

It's looks really good so far, I like the destructeable terrain and contorls are quite nice to. The graphics aren't super awesome or anything, but not that bad either.

That isn't a very informative post you know, what kind of people are you looking for? What kind of flash do you want to make? Games, movies? etc.

Include more info otherwise I don't think many people will want to join.

It's quite shitty to be honest, not much "real" animation at all, just a bunch of lines. And you should try to animate him exploding by youself and not use that other 'timeline effect thingy'.
Keep trying and keep practising. :)

It's quite good, not much to comment on yet, though. But I'd say, continue with it and post again when you done a bit more so we can give proper critic.

Eh, why? StrangeClock is a great animator and has won 18 awards, what is suprising? Almost all of his movies are very good and there are loads of other good clock-submissions.
