always clutter dead scenes like that. slowly moving clouds, birds, tumbleweed. makes it feel "complete"

also your rock should be there the entire time
It's a surprise rock, the biker is soo pro that he can't ever fall, but ninja rock never failed before.
And I will add clouds, and maye sounds or atleast backround music, just need to find it lol

seems legit

i think Zee is putting in a main song so don't use a BG music. just small or important sounds

I tried that and still no results, anything else i could try?
You have to break it apart twice so that it's no longer text.

this isn't really a good practice though. he can do it here if it gets it to work, but i wouldn't make a habit of it. also wouldn't explain WHY it's not showing up.

you got a T4220? i have 2 small shadow spots on the screen but that's all. what do you mean by hot spot?

and i'm hoping to get a Q series Fujitsu soon
Yes I got a 4220 but its a Intel Core Duo 2. The hot spot is where the fan is placed. The air blowing out does get really hot. I do wish to get a Cintiq with a powerful desktop but with that money its better for me get a laptop because I move around a lot. I'll get another Fujitsu and although its pricey, it great to draw on and its reliable.

oh true that fan port pumps out some heat.

i almost went with the Fujitsu Stylistic but i knew i'd hate myself with no keyboard.
and i'll most likely never get a cintiq, for the price of one, i can get the newest Q series Fujitsu or lenovo ideapad, and have the same feature i'm after, but not be tied down to a desktop. and the digitizers on lenovo and fujitsu are made by wacom so you can't really complain.

@potato: i used to have the Logitech IO pen. precursor to inkling. it was novel but not very practical

First of all,i have to say that i want to take my animations to youtube, thinking about that, wich size i have to take? .I make my flash with 550x400,can be that correct?.

Next i have a question about the export thing. What I have to put in the setting to have a high quality (or just decent) on my animation?.Its 550x400 enough?Or i failed like a boss?

Thanks.

haha failed like a boss.

flash is vector. completely scale-able. so 550x400 is fine. and you can export in higher Q for youtube. just remember to use 4:3 or 16:9 number. like 1024x768 or 1920x1080

Response to: Animating/drawing Arms -first timer Posted January 14th, 2013 in Animation

no you're missing what foreshortening is. it's whenan arm/leg/etc is coming towards the camera/focal point, so its shortened in perspective.

another thing is that you aren't moving the upper arm, so the forearm is moving unnaturally to positions that the entire arm would move to

you'll be majoring in a choked market. i'm always the first to say follow your passion, but in this economy jobs in animation are few and far between.

i major'd in fine arts and multimedia design, with a minor in applied science. this gave a broader scope than majoring in animation specifically

not bad for what you're doing!

you want to get either flash or toon boom to speed up your animating process

Response to: New to Everything! Posted January 9th, 2013 in Animation

the entire animation feels too slow. like same scene for too long. same poses held too long.

you can rectify by shortening scenes/poses or add more poses and camera angles

it's like in a movie when a close-up lasts way too long and you just want to see something else
