I agree that he was a shitty batman however, think about it other than Adam West he is the only one to be batman more than twice. So that is a story line and we had gotten to a point where robin had been introduced. So at that point they end it as to where they could have continued it and we could make the best of a bad situation. But you have to agree that george clooney was a worse batman and I'll take bale over clooney every day
