Here's something I don't get about the abusive review policy. If you know for a fact that something is stolen, then why can you get flagged for saying so?
because it's in da rulez rydia!
# If you believe an entry is stolen, do not comment about it in your review. If you are wrong, you may convince other users that the entry is stolen and you may cause a legitimate entry to receive an unfairly low score, or have the whistle blown on it. Use the whistle option, if available, to flag the entry as stolen when you believe that is the case. If there is no whistle option available (the entry is no longer under judgment) contact Wade with as many details as you can about the stolen Flash and where you think it was stolen from.
tl;dr: if you're wrong you could ruin the reputation of a legit author, and since we have methods for reporting stolen works, we don't need folks saying so in reviews.
Also, nobody but the author reads the reviews and I think this guy knew what he was doing when he did it. (I think he was trying to steal a daily award so he could file swap with some shock video or some other preteen idea of messing with everyone)
