To be honest, I pulled every trick I had to get it to that level. I'll attempt to tweak it. I was looking for feedback not a "Am I in?' If I am, awesome. If I'm not I'll practice more. So that wasn't the issue. Just trying to put my best foot forward, so feedback is a definite needed. I'll have my third sub in soon.

First off, post the pic not the link. Check the Rules okay? Next, for your first shop, it's not bad. The image is way to busy. Remember the rule of thumb: K.I.S.S. It's decent sprite work, but It looks nothing like your model. Keep at it though.

You did fine. It looks great. I'd give tips but I can't afford Photoshop, so I use Gimp. My knowledge is from version 6 and lots has changed. 3 things to think of: Blur is your friend. Clone tool is your friend. Layers are your friend. Lighting and Sizing are your enemies.
