I think her face is tall enough. I'll work on smoothing out the line work and if it still looks off I'll fix it later.

I did make the head taller like Kinsei said, I changed the shape of the head a good amount. Naw that's ok. I'll figure it out on my own. Slowly the WIPS will get better. It's good to get all the feedback though. I get a good understanding of where I messed up/ need improvement.
