Ok, so I'm jumping the gun a bit. I said I would restart this tomorrow. But I just don't want to wait. I present to you the return of the Phot Manipulation of the Week.

Not bad. Night elves sometimes have facial markings/tattoos. As well as body markings/tribal what not. Night Elf eyes are featureless and glowy. The ears bug me for some reason. Maybe they need to be longer? And what's a night elf without many hoop earrings? Her head seems a little turned a little too far, like someone broke her neck. Was never a fan of "blush" marks coming off the face like that. Other than that, it's pretty sweet.

Sorry friend it has to be YOUR own original art. Plus you need at least four pics put in the art portal before you become "scout worthy". So yeah. Also you might want to brush up on the rules. To lazy to post a link.

No that is completely possible in MSPaint. It takes forever, but it is possible. Think this guy's stuff's quality is too high for paint? Check out this guy calling himself Pixel God.

No i get what is being asked, but i stated before there really is no finished image i'm going for, it's a head is about as specific as i can be right now, hopefully when i finish posting pics it will be more recognizable .

But you do have a general idea. you could have said I'm making a goblin head, or a creature head, or a monster nothing specific but sharing the general idea. The forst couple of pics it could have been a mail box for all we knew. I agree with the "not mod" what ever it is it lokks good. Keep it coming.
