Nice to see that someone also uses blender, it has a lot of features, many that 3ds max has too. But dude try pressing CTRL + LMB while in Edit Mode (choose the mesh, press TAB) and then make 3-4 vertices and choose them all (by right-clicking) and press F (creates a face). That is why I love blender <3

Add much more shading, there isn't enough (in my opinion). The chin could be smoother, for example the places where it meets the neck.
