When I try to record my voice in flash the Sound Effect and gun is higher then the voice. Or the music in the background.........I can't hear a thing and EVEN IF I YELL. How do yo guys do it? is there a trick

Trench War CONTEST

Please Google it if you haven't heard of it. Summary for you: Its a war where people are fighting just like a normal war, but there is trench and in the middle is NO MAN'S LAND *dramatic music*. GOOGLE IT!! its a fun Contest if you ask me.
Template
Frame rate: 30 fps (basically don't make it choppy ).
Spects: 700x500
Length: 5 - 10 seconds (thats minimum you can increase if you want)
Items: War helmets is good, EVERYTHING ELSE CAN BE MODER, like guns , cars, heli, tanks.
Background: Make your own. (war THEME)
SoundFX: All you want (ambiance as well)
Music: anything you want...instrumental will be a plus(we don't want the music we want to feel the emotion...rite? lol so don't make it SO LOUD THAT YOU CAN"T hear anything else or ill turn the volume down and judge you that way).
Style: Your style. I prefer Stick people they will get the job done + easier to animate.
Graphics: As nice as you can. Please ITS WARRR!! make it as GORE as POSSIBLE, but don't make it pointless like blood everywhere. LETS say theres a machine gun spraying bullets and theres blood all over...stuff like that.

Trench War . IT has to be INTENSE FIGHTING (firing, bombs, explosion, blood). SHAKY CAMERA WILL GET YOU FAR...Cause it goes well with the explosions.
