Is music mandatory in these animations we're listing? I mean, I would love to see Larry and Tankmen in this collab, for instance, although in their respective movies there are no music.

Actually, I'd rather make an animation but I have no idea where to start from (I'm not confident enough to host a collab either). For the moment, I'll do whatever you guys pick. xD

@TurkeyOnAStick what's the possibility of making another art-collab-game? :3
Question though: would you want the Audio and Art legs of the collaboration to be joined?
Hm, not necessarily.
Art will be similar-ish. I imagine a gallery of some tributes to the first submissions, greeting cards for NG's 20th Anniversary (KEEP IT CLEAN PLEASE!), or tributes to NG's 'Gang' -- and then there'll have to be the actual graphics for this thing. Backgrounds, buttons, etc., etc., etc.
I guess we could also make a game similar to the Illuminati Christmas Collab but instead of illuminati references, we could use NG references. :)
Be able to edit reviews and double XP on weekends? Where do I sign?
I saw this thread a few months ago. Not much has happened since then...
I had a very good first impression of you, buddy. ^^
I'm working in a piece of animation with a medieval theme and I guess we could work together. I'll PM you when I have the animation-part done.
Now in glorious fullscreen. Love it!
Wait.... where's @ReklessCreati0n 's entry?

Yeah, I was the Where's Wally MASTER.
Jezz. The skull was a hard one.
Well, at least I tried. :)
My entry for Jazza’s Challenge of the Month. When I heard that there would be an encouragement prize, I decided to give my...
Kid Darth Vader hanging a teddy bear using the force.
After a few days of work, I decided to discard this version because it was not turning out how I wanted it to be. Painting using Photoshop and no lineart is still too hard for me but I'm not giving up. New version already in the works! :)

It's just a triangle hidden in the background. I'll think of something else I guess. Thanks for your feedback.
That thing in his right hand is not an umbrella? Oo lol
I'm sorry! xD

The umbrella? That's the only one I've found.

Can you guys guess the movie? heh
Nah. It's Winter Warlock and Burgermeister Meisterburger from 'Santa Claus is Comin' to Town'. :)
[WIP] I think this is a bit ambitious for me but I'll try my best!
Can you guys guess the movie? heh
Is this Christmas-ish enough to be included in the collab? (I still must hide the references though)
I decided to change the whole thing. I won't go on with the previous sketch anymore. Already working on something else.
A really bad sketch of... something.
Great idea! I'll try to make something interesting. :3

I don't know about After Effects, but when I edit my animations in Vegas and export it in a .MOV file, the size is just insignificant and the quality is perfect. Just to give you guys an idea, a 10-minute animation I made had only 270mb.
(I've been following this topic since its creation. Can't wait to see the final product!)
@TheMAM are you planning on submitting a .fla or a video file for the '14 edition?
Personally, I rather to watch videos on fullscreen. I think this makes a huge difference in the actual experience. :)
(This waiting is killing me! lol)
Can someone outside the U.S. join? <3
I see no problem in posting the final video on YouTube as well. The one with the most subscribers on the channel could do it.
What an interesting idea! These abandoned projects works really well when put together. I'm pretty sure I have something that fits the collab, I just have to find it. lol
By the way, can I send more than one project if they don't surpass 20 seconds, combined?
'Animate in the opponent's style' should be used in every single NATA from now on. The last round was a blast. Congratulations for both of you guys.

Okay, I guess it's technically my fault for not mentioning a rule earlier. And since some of you have gotten your entries ready with animation-ready symbols, I guess there's no turning back now.
You guys can use animation symbols if you want.
I love you, MAM! <3
