But I still think that your logos don't link very well with the company name since all of your symbols (I think) have been closed shapes. I am a little short on better ideas right now, but something "open" would make more sence to me.

Nice to see some akvarel paintings.. I like the one with the soldiers (I like them both actually). You should post some more of that :)

Hehe.. Starving for a little attention eh ;)
Allright, allow me to comment a bit on your dragon:
First of, pretty cool picture, good expression, nice to see you put some work into the texture. The scales look good, especially on the neck, the seem to follow the shape of the body best there.
On the other side, your linework is a little sloppy, best seen on the front of neck were the lines overlap, and thats a shame. Also the smoke(?) looks a bit off, not the smoke from the notrils, but the larger smoke clouds. Its just not nesesarry and removes attention from the textures. If you did this in layers then I would suggest you try to move the smoke behind the dragon instead of infront of it. And pehaps try to make somekind of texture in it, you know, as if there is some wind in the room.
But still overall a good drawing :)
Hehe.. This thread is really funny, good job :)

Pretty cool, but I think that it deserves a better drawing, this seems pretty rushed. Who made the original strawberry clock btw?

As mentioned before, you just have to work with it. Other people should not tell you how to draw.. If I should give a advice then it would be to be patient, reaaaaaly patient. Many people rush their drawings. Sometimes it seems like they just want to be finnish with the piece so that they can show it on the internet. But I think that unless you can enjoy working on your art for more than 20 min. in a row then you got no chance of ever becomming skilled.
Every doodlers worst fear..
Sorry for quality.. I didn't have a scanner at the time, so I had to use a webcam...

Since playing fallout 3 and drawing with my pencil alot recently.. my mouse work has just slumped. So I pulled out the Bamboo Fun and its workin' great. There goes my mouse artist status.. oh well.
I wish I had a tablet.. I am so tired of mousing.. I am working on a (by my standards) massive painting, and it is going so slow. And I am left handed, but have allways used my right hand for the mouse, and I just can't get the same sway in the lines. But the worst thing is my wrist is starting to get pretty fucked up..
BECAUSE OF ALL THE DRAWING!
Heh.. I just posted this in the lounge by mistake..
I made this a few days before my last birthday and posted it on my myspace, and then I received a phonecall from a very worried sister.. You know.. 10 % of ever joke... Bullshit.. I don't work in a office!
The basic drawing and the choise of colours looks good, but you should relax with the blur effects..
It's just so enoying, it really sucks that we have be suspicius about peoples art..

Second that.. This looks great..
Recently I have been reading articles about people who live a "fake" life on the internet, especially on dating portals were it often is men pretending to be women or something.. I suppose you could live a fake life as a artist as well.. Its sad..

If there isn't, there should be! Getting good constructive criticism is rare in a personal art thread, and a thread designed to have people post WIPs and people would know to leave good critique could be really useful!
My thought exactly.. I think it's a good idea..

Yeah.. Standard procedure.. But don't think it's a bit enoying to have them in your thread? I do, but I would still like to post WIP's..
I was just wondering - is there a "work in progress" thread?

Hmm.. This is suspicious, on this page he is called elipopotamo, his name is apparently Peter McClory, but he speaks spanish(?) and on the page from the link he is called Chandler.. And the other drawings made by Chandler is sighned "CHO".. I say it's stolen..
I have got a few old ones laying around..

Heyy.. There it was.. This looks pretty sweet.. Nice expression, but the shadow on the hand is a little to much.
Wow.. Loads of detail and poor picture qualtity don't mix very well. Pehaps you should post some closeups on some of your favourite parts, because right now it's kind of hard the see and thats a shame since it seems like you spend some time on this one :)
