Well, what I am hopeing to acheive is sort of related to the steampunk genre, but instead of useing neo-victorian influences I would like to do the same thing just blending wild west cliche and 80's dystopic sceince fiction (in a galaxy far away). And I wan't some hightech stuff, but mostly I want to show a world were they have lost the technoligy and gone backwards (so more fallout - less wild wild west) :P

Yeah.. I would like to try to make a sort of Once upon a time in the west meets Heavy Metal magazine meets star wars kind of thing.. But so far I don't really a plot of any kind.. :)

Allright so here is a sneak peak on a possible future project I hope I can start to work on. This is the first outdraw for the main character.. With a hat on.

Oh yeah and you should also deside on a light source. Example: On the left arm (our left) the shadow is on top, witch mean that the light comes from underneath him. But there is a shadow under the jaw and the sleeve on the right arm (our right, right) witch means that the light is shining from above. And then there is the hard shadow from the arm on the stomac, that one tells us that the light is coming straight from at him from our pespective. But I think I know why, you did this after a photo you took with a flash close up right?

I think it is a bit easier to just show what I mean than to explain it..

Oh.. Well then you should try a slight upwards curve under the eye (if that makes sense). You can't really smile without your eyes..

Hehe.. I was just reading back in this thread for the first time, made it to about page 80 and I think I counted 6-7 princeflea drawings. All with crowns.. A bit of a shame to draw what must be the most potrayed user in this thread. Well, I just hope no one had had the same idea as me before..

I like that idea! I need the practice desperately and this would be perfect! If it ever does happen, you can count me in!

I was just thinking.. Would it not be cool if we animated some of these pictures.. People could choose a picture from this thread and make a short animated version of it. Think that could be a cool idea for a collab..
