I play guitar and sing, but I also play varirous other resembling string instruments. Then I play the accordion (not very well, been a long time since Ive done that) and the blues harp.. And I can beat the triangle like a motherfucker baby :P

I used to play the violin, and before that rudimentary piano. I was never really that into music. But I certainly learned some stuff.

Well it should be no problem to resize a picture to fit.. You need one or the mods will lock your thread..

Welcome to the forum.. Some migthy good looking pictures you got there.. But rules say you have to post a picture in the first post.. You can't just link to one..

Here is my entry, I followed you guys advise a removed the outline around the pattern. It looks better :)

Description:
Quem Sciuridae maximus(often referred to as the Tree Kangaroo) is a unusual mammal that lives in the jungles of Congo. In contrast to it's common name it is in fact not a marsupial, and its closest relative is the squirrel. Even at 4 feet tall the Three Kangaroo is very elegant when jumping from branch to branch, a handy trait when covering it's vast territories in search for it's favorite fruit only found around the mountains of Congo. But it's most remarkable talent is the sack of skin on it's throat. Because of the large distances between the animals finding a mate can be difficult. But the males uses their enlarged vocal chords to call on the females over great distances, it fills the throat sack with air much like a bagpipe and can hold a note as long as it's not eating. The sound it makes resembles the sound of the didgeridoo, only adding to it's false reputation of being a tree swinging kangaroo.

That is true, it's sloppy. And pehaps it should not even have been there at all as DooDooMeat mentioned.

2. Maybe you could add some extra shading esp. on the tree

Shadows and highlights will be added with the colours :)

3. It could use more real background (not the pattern), on the other hand I do like the pattern, and wouldn't know how to incorporate that with another background. maybe you could add some extra branches esp. below the one the squirl is sitting on.

Again true. An extra branch or two would not have hurt. Sadly changeing the pattern would mean remakeing the drawing.. And Im not shure feel like diong that. But some major changes might happen if I can find the time..

So far I call it "Brøleegern" (meaning something like roaring squrrel) - But that is just a working title. This time I have put some real thought into how it should fit the theme - I don't want to get my ass kicked like last time :D I will post the description with the final picture..
