It was in 1908 when the Tunguska event happened. Kind of wierd that mother nature decided to send another one to Russia.

I've never played Borderlands but a quick look up of the characters name did show that she was "white" (I really wish "race" would just die already), if she was raised around people that used African American vernacular, then she will also speak it.

Forgive me for duble posting, but I should of watched the video, but that is African American vernacular, and as I said if she was raised around those who used it then she will use it as well.

How far way are you from a beach? Is it going to get hit? Just a few miles away may not be good enough There are various factors that can determine how far a tsunami can go in land.

"The 2011 Tsunami in Japan
Most scientists reported that the 33-foot tsunami wave made it 6 miles inland, with washed up shrapnel and water reaching 10 miles or more inland."

female singer. their is no male voice in the song.

it has to be at least three or four years old.

Need help finding a song Posted February 5th, 2013 in General

I've tried every kind of search engine and method that I could think of and still can't find it.

The lyrics that come to mind when I try to remember are
(female singer)
"Fire, I want to be your fire." or "I want to hold your fire." or "Higher, I want to hold you higher"
"I want to hear you breathing"
"You walked into my life" or "You looked into my eyes"
"Hold me close becasue I'm so cold" or "You held me close becasue I was so cold"
I think the word "Say" (for whatever good that helps) is in the lyrics a couple of times.
Those are some of the lyrics that I can remember, they may not be entirely right either.

The only word that I'm pretty sure of is "fire/higher" when ever she sings it she draws it out.

The song is not
Uummannaq Song- KT Tunstall
Sunloverz ft. Rosette - Fire
Vanessa Amorosi - I Want Your Fire'
Fire Fire- Flyleaf

In the end, no matter how many court cases, gay marriage will eventually become legal. Every rights movement has gone through the same shit that gay marriage is going through. Same BS different story, with the same ending.

*facepalm* You completely missed the point.

Also not everyone wants or needs a gun and you know what I don't want guns around myself my family and kids.

Never said you had to have one.

Just because there are some nutcases with WMDs means we need to disarm everyone sorry about that but harder gun laws and less guns in public hands means less homicides and other gun related crime and this statistically proven. Read the article I posted above.

What good are stricter gun laws when criminals don't give a damn. If you haven't notice we don't exacty have secure boaders, which means criminals go black market. They are less likely to go to a store and file paper work to get guns.

By the way, calling a gun a WMD shows that you are trying to make an pathos argument not a logical one. Guns have nothing on nuclear, biological and chemical weapons.

Cops can't be ever where at every moment of the day. Until they show up, you're on your own. A cop miles away isn't going to be able to do much for when some criminal is breaking down you door with the possible attent to do you warm.

Guns are an idealistically ego pump for civilians not a necessity unless you are a hood rat, drug lord, or some other breed of criminal in which case you should be disarmed and locked up anyway.

I'm going to guess that you've never even held a gun in your life. Because there are plenty of law abiding citizens that have that don't commit crimes. I've held guns before and never even thought about committing a crime. not even an ego boost.

And you have clearly never been in a situation where having a gun came in handy. Case and point, The Mason has shared stories of burglars breaking into his home when he was there, in which he locked himself in a room and warned the criminal that he was armed, that was enough to get the criminal to leave without a shot fired.

Having a gun doesn't make people all gunhole at every turn as you so fanatically believe. Just because there are some nutcases with guns doesn't make everyone with a gun a nutcase.

One more thing (just came to me), why do people have to be so hell bent on science vs religion? I've seen people of religious stature who were scientific.
