It made the top 50 atleast, lol, here's what they said.

"A hyper bolic side-scrolling shooter that lasts about 15 minutes, and never stops bombarding you with lunacy. It could hardly be simpler to play, the the effect is intense. Think Metal Slug games pushed through a cartoon sieve."

I'll type out each of them if you want, not all 50, just the Newgrounds ones, I think there's some copywrite law against typing all 50 out anyway.

And by in PC gamer, I just ment that some of the games got linked to in the 50 Games to Play at Work section they had in the Christmas 2009 magerzine. Bad quality photo attached, oh the Mastermind game is in there but links to theswain.com but I took a photo anyway, for the hell of it and I like the Mastermind game :#

So the Newgrounds ones.

50) http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/51 2407
29) http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/47 0263
5) http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/47 0460

Okay, so just three but a fair few of them appear on Newgrounds too!

If anyone is intrested, Laser Squad Nemesis came first but I wouldn't call that much of a work game, lolol.

Kind of a bump here but I went yesterday, I don't know how many NGers go to these things, it seemed to be about as busy as the summer one. I skipped the massive line though, early entry tickets are pretty near okay.

But do I talk to myself outloud? No, never.

Lol, I'm quite supprised I'm still at the top of the regular list, I've actually been quite the opposite recently, but hopefully that will change a bit. I'm still far to lazy to get back into reviewing at the moment, but eventually I will write another again.

I did manage to gain a level a few days ago!

As I recall, many people post requests for finding flash in the Wi/Ht section, the General section isn't really for that, so don't be discoraged.

I had a look through some other recent zombie games aside from the one Krev posted, dunno if it's any of these.

Hope that's helpful to you, remember the next time you like something, press the Add Movie to Favorites or Add Game to Favorites link in the file info.

Help?

Topic: Suggestion: A Newgrounds Mmo?

Posted: 07/20/09 01:15 PM

Forum: Where is / How to?

The staff are all preprogramed bots and only the AI gets modded, so there are users that aren't really users!

Jokes aside, there doesn't seem to be much need for a room, it would be turning Newgrounds more into a social networking site by doing that. An MMORPG of a website would be a little odd and possibly not very populare.

There is the Newgrounds SIM game that allows you to pretend to be a Newgrounds user, although the layout is outdated, a more uptodate version of that would be fun.

My goals on Newgrounds are all completed, anything else is just a bonus, I could think of some more goals, but really I don't need any others.

I honestly didn't think Shaheen was that good at singing and I just don't really think Hollie deserves to win, I don't like either of them. There where much better children singers than Shaheen to be honest and certainly better acts.

I've had telemarketers like that, I've also heard many that don't even say goodbye, they just hang up stright away, kind of rude.

There are many that ask if you're over 18 too, I just say no, it gets rid of them without carrying on the conversation. I do prefer the ones that say goodbye, it's much more polite, I've never been rude to a telemarketer.

Everyone I wanted to win is out, they all lost in the semi-finals, lol, I don't really care much for the singers and dancers, those things are boring. Diversity I like a bit, but never really my favourites, I wouldn't mind them winning or the saxaphonist, all the others are a little dull.

I can't see Newgrounds ending anytime soon, there are people who spend money on the store and it has ads seen by many people, as well as well known animators using the sponsor preloader, not just limited to on the portal.

So I can't see Newgrounds running short on money for a while, it'll end when it is no longer profitable, as mentioned in this topic already, it will be most likly be sold or handed down when Tom feels it's time, but I can't see it being compleatly shutdown.

I'm tempted to agree with Viridis for most part, but most probably just part of the design, it might look a little plain without anything there, either that. But yeah, without it, it would look plain and might get confused with the author comments.

Yes, the problem would be that it isn't compatable with your browser, it works fine on FireFox 3, maybe they will fix that. Have you tried the popup in Classic mode? Also, have you got a pop-up blocker?

Anyway, I kind of like the wide option, but it doesn't really affect me, glad I can disable autoplaying though, lol.

Hello, I hope I am still welcome here, I appologise for not being on in a long time, I seem to have been on a long off spell from the BBS, among having other things going on that have put me off doing many things Newgrounds related. Aside from voting and playing a few games deeper, I've not done much, the holidays might give me more motivation.

I'm sorry to brake up any ongoing conversation here as well, I've not done any catching up, there are a lot of pages I have missed. Anyway, personal business has been affecting me the past few months, real life comes before the internet right?
