What's with the claw, though? To me that seems like a rather huge design flaw. I mean, his right arm is a freakin' cannon and now his left hand has damnable claws?! How is he going to grab jars or make love?

That's a pretty dark (literary!) depiction of a Megaman character. I'm liking it. Though, your style isn't exactly my cup of tea, it's still a good drawing.
