How do I make a button make a sound when it is selected? I've seen it done in some movies and wanted to include it in mine. :)

By crazy I mean the frame rate goes at 9.2 then jumps to 10.7 then jumps to 11.9 then back to 7.something, etc.

Each time I press enter on the timeline, the frame rate goes crazy while it's playing! I don't know why can someone plz help? It's been doing that for some while now *I'm using Flash 8*

I'm using flash 8 and it says this: SWF contains multiple copies of a sound item. I tried to look for that sound item but I there's no repeated one in my library. Help?

I am in need for a voice actor for my movie. I would do the voicing myself but truth is I'm not a good actor. I did this with my last movie and I got many reviews telling me that the movie was great but flawed by the voice acting. This is why I come here. I know about the VA club and I have sent some emails to those that caught my eye, so I write this just in case those reject the part or aren't interested.

If you click on my profile and watch my movie, you'll see that I'm doing a sequel. I am improoving alot of things on this one and following many reviewer's advice. It's turning out great and now I need the voice.

The type of voice that I'm looking for is that of a male 18 up years old. It must be one with a hint of fear or a "Why me?" kind of thing. What I'm not looking for is hysteria or anything similar. It must be calm and said in a way that one would know that the person who's talking is afraid (but not that much).

Flash MX and Flash 8 alot? I currently have Flash MX and I bought a book to learn Actionscript called Actionscript for Flash MX. If I upgrade to Flash 8, will this book still be helpfull?

I click the Insert thing but there's no 'Remove Scene'. Just 'New Symbol', 'Timeline', 'Timeline Effects', and 'Scene'

I modified the NG preloader to what I like but I also wanted to combine it with a percentage preloader but I don't know where/what script to put. I went to the Ultimate Tutorial but it doesn't work. Remember that it's the NG preloader modified so can someone help me?
