I can say that this happened to me personally. Back in 06 when I joined here, I was making an average of 1 flash per month...now I haven't even opened Flash in over a year.

I guess it's simply a stage and some people either get bored of it or lose interest. Unfortunately, both have happened to me and who knows if the spark I once had will come again.

Nevermind that last question, how do I make a video that is not embedded in flash loop?

WHen I import a video without embedding it, is there a way to have it not play automatically when it shows up on the screen?

I was in the exact same position as you are. In the end, I never kissed the girl I was going out with (she wasn't my gf or anything, we just had a couple of dates) and she lost interest pretty fast :S

So my advice....do it before she gets tires and loses interest in you. There is not a day that goes by that I don't regret not kissing her :(

How can you make java give random numbers ranging from negative to positive? (e.g. -2000 to 2000)?

All I know is if I put
int a = random.nextInt(2000);
it will throw a number from 0 to 2000. Thanks!

So I'm trying to make this sequence work in NetBeans...

Thse sequence is: 3, -4, 7, -9, -16, 19, -35, -39, -74, 79,..... and so on

The pattern is kind of hard to explain but I got that part right with this code:

int neg = 0;
for(int i = 1; i<=10; i++)
{

System.out.println(x);
y = x + i;
System.out.println(y);
x = x + y;
}

My only problem is putting the negative signs :S Help?

Hey...I've always been a big movie buff and lately I have been wanting to see old movies (made +10 years algo). Can you recommend me some great ones that are similar to the folowing:

- Trainspotting
- 2001: A Space Odyssey
- Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas
- Requiem for a Dream

Those are some of the movies I've seen lately and I love the kind of "trip" they give ;)
To make your recommendations a bit broader, I also watched and loved the following:

- Venus
- Young Frankenstein
- Clockwork Orange
- Alice in Wonderland
- Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory
- Boogie Nights

Again, I have seen ALOT of these type of movies, but I just mentioned the ones on top of my mind. Recommend away! :)

It's not about code, but the design of the game. You can simply put each level on a different frame, while keeping the same variables and other shit from the previous level. By doing this, you would have to tell the game to go to the new level by specifying the frame name or number with a gotoAndStop();
