Yeah I can't session games that hard either. This weekend has been the most time I've had to sit down and play since I bought the game, but I'm still only level 62 or 63. I don't see it as some mad rush to get to 10th prestige though; I just want to enjoy the game and maybe have a few matches online with mates.

Exactly. I don't see the whole rush. Eventually most people will get to 10th prestige anyway. I'm level 77 right now I think, so kinda close to prestiging if I want. I've already got a friend who's prestiged and is level 48 again.
I hate losing all my stuff when I prestige though :( Just when I got my gold camo on ACR and M4A1.
And I'm only gonna have 2 levels to enjoy the FAD. I've used it on Spec Ops and it seemed really good.

I'm getting to grips nicely with the maps now. I want to play survival mode with someone decent as well; all the kids I've been joined up with so far have been pretty noobish. The last guy I played with kept on standing in the worst positions imaginable and I ended up having to revive him at least 20 times, if not more.

I think it's quite sad that there's already people prestige 3 (atleast that i've seen, I wouldn't be suprised if there's higher). How much time do some people spend sat infront of their teles playing? I mean, I have no job right now, so I have all the time in the world to play, but after 3 or 4 hours I want a break.

Also, spawning in this game so far is wank. Some of the worst spawning I've seen so far. I'm capturing an enemy flag on domination, and kill a guy coming for me, when it spawns him literally right next to me, like 10ft away so he can get revenge. And that wan't just a one of thing. It's common >:(

I don't understand it. I think most of the maps are quite large too. Surely there's somewhere else to spawn him!

So i've had a few great games, and a few bad ones. I think the best I've done so far is a 38-0, then a 49-1. The fact that when you go through your 3 kill streaks, you can start them again if you don't die, helps alot.

Also, there's a secret kill streak. If you get to 25 kills without dying (I think only gun/knife/grenade kils), you get a bomb, sort of like a nuke, but it doesn't end the game, just wipes everyone on the other team out.

Probably. I think it'll hold up well. Atleast that's my opinion....I know there are alot of you that prefer certain CoD's to others, but I like this.

One of the things I'm not too keen on though is that they've gone back to MW2 style with the kill streaks, and that kills with one killstreak count toward the next (aslong as it's not from a care package). I think it makes it a bit too easy, and can encourage camping.

One of the things I like most so far is that you can have a different kill streak setup for each class and can change after any death.

First Impressions: The gameplay is great, i love it so far. Maps are really well made. I even like most of the guns, though I do think the type95 (3shot burst gun) is a bit over powered as I seemed to be killed with 1 burst with it every time.

Downsides right now are defo the servers. I'm finding it really hard to find games, and when I do find a lobby I usually get kicked before the game starts. I started a game, got to 13-0 which got me a reaper and pavelow, then I was on like 30-4 when the game just ended to a black screen and I was back at the menu - no change host or nothing. And worst of all was that nothing in that match counted toward my stats.

Hopefully this is just teething problems and will soon get better. Also, I've been quick scoped a few times, and it seems a bit too easy to do it. I haven't tried it myself yet though.

I did the same. It's still a good game. I like it, but the things i used to hate about it, still piss me off and I still hate them. Constant grenade launcher with Danger Close. Or coming face to face with a sniper and being killed even after shooting them 5 times :/

Agree. Though I did manage to do a 127-18 last night on a demolition on nuketown. We spawn trapped the fuck out of the other team. Felt kind of bad killing them so much xD

M14 is very underrated. Thinking of using nothing but it this prestige.

M14 is one of my favourite guns for long range. I like to use it on maps like Discovery or hazard. It's better than the FAL, and like you say, very under-rated.

Seeing as I've kinda got bored of the normal gameplay, I make challenges for myself, like raising a certain's gun k/d. Especially on guns I never use.

I used to have every assault rifle above 2.0 k/d with the exception of the enfield. So i made a class with it, and raised it from around 1.80, to just over 2.0, then I change guns.

I did the L96A1, the AK47u, and am in the process of doing the MP5K and the RPK.

My highest gun k/d is the G11, at 2.50, at about 800kills. It's one of the assault rifles i've used less. But i've managed to keep my Famas at 2.30 after a good 13,500 kills.

Ok, crisis core isn't half-assed, but It's not the best thing in the compilation, nor is it the worst. I brought it and played through it. It was enjoyable, yeah, but I didn't like the whole fact of introducing new characters which I thought were pretty bad (Angeal, Genesis), that were pretty important to FF7's story but were somehow never mentioned in the original game :/

A good player shouldn't use them, as a good player rarely dies 4 times before killing someone. There are alot of badplayers at level 80 just because they spend alot of time playing, not necessarily because they're good.

was FF7 good? Yes, but there were drawbacks to the characters and the overall story. Also, Square needs to STOP drawing influence from Final Fantasy 7. They found success rehashing it, but in 2011, it needs to stop. You can't remake a game into another game.

Even though, FF7 is still my favourite FF, I do agree that they've been milking that game way too much over the past 10 years or so. They should have just maybe did advent children and stopped. No dirge of Cerberus, no crisis core and no other half assed games.

While I agree with you on most of this, I think that there will never be anyone happy with the way they setup the games.

I feel they've tried to have a counter for every kind of perk or attack there is, you just have to choose which one you want. I don't like the fact that people can take out your killstreaks easy though.

This is probably old news but I just saw the trailer for FF type-O. I dunno what to think. I'll probably never play it anyway as it's PSP.

I'd just like an FF with awesome graphics, but compelling story and amazing battle system of say FF7. I'd actually like to see a return to the old school turn based battles.

Yeah, there are too many idiots playing. The game is more frustrating to play than anything else I think. My brother's a big zombie player, and I don't mind joining him every now and then, but after an hour or two of it, it gets a bit boring. The waves start going on for hours and I really couldn't sit and play 6+ hours on one game like he does.

And I think the kill streaks in this game are pretty fucking useless. I've got over 400 dogs, and at first they used to get me 7 or 8 kills minumum. Now i'll be lucky if they get me 3. There's too many spots to hide from the dogs and just kill them.
So I get annoyed and change my killstreaks to include a chopper gunner or a hind, only to be shot down within seconds of getting to the map, only getting 1 or 2 kills. They shouldn't be able to be shot down so easy! It should take atleast 3 or 4 rockets to take a hind down imo.
Mortar strikes and valkyries are useless too. The only decent killstreak really is blackbird.

This fuckin game is messed up. So I'm playing on a new account, and needed some $ to buy some new perks and stuff. So i decide to do a game of gungame, for $1000. I only had $1550, so I could only play that one game. I go on to win the game, pretty much humiliating everyone else, getting every gun kill within like 2 minutes. During the winning kill replay, someone rage quits and it sends us all back to the lobby. Not only did I not win my $3000, but it took my $1000 that I payed to get in.

So i won the game and lost $1000 >:(

Vanille was one of my favourites. She was great with magic for me, and her sabateur class is very useful. I really didnt like hope, and snow was a bit to cliché to really like. I quite liked lightning and fang though. But when it comes to voice acting, Sazh's voicer was great.

I'd say this is their weakest effort since Falling Into Infinity. That's not a bad thing, though since it suggests everything from SFAM through BC&SL are good or better.

It's not their worst in my opinion, but as you say, it's definitely not their best either.

I'm also unemployed now :/ As of a month ago I've been doing nothing but sitting on my ass all day :D The company i worked for for 6 years, made about 10 people redundant the day they let me go. I'm not really complaining though; I wasn't very happy there and would have eventually left. Atleast this way they gave me 7 thousand euros in redundancy fees :)
