in short... yes...

but first you must find the internet file of the game in question... (im sure someone else will give you a bref on how to do this) but in short... find the game file in your internet files... copy it and save it onto a memory stick or something.. transfer the information to the other computer and then put it into the internet files on that computer... to make sure open the game without any transfer... then upload it and rewrite the new one... hope that helps some what...

you are using a photo as a base!... the whole work should be YOURS!... (even photos YOU took arnt alowed)... beacuse you did not make what is in them... photos of artwork you have painted or drawn are fine... or even models you have carved or made from scratch... but touching photos up or editing them in anyway to make them different may classed as art... but it will still break the rules of newgrounds art portal...

Scouting:

An artist who has already been scouted now has the power to scout others... the artist will see a list of unscouted artwork and the may choose to scout ONCE per day... the artist must have FOUR artwork before he/she is scouted... the artist only has to scout the USER once... NOT the artwork... once scouted if you or whom ever you scout breaks the rules... the following will happen...

1. if you break the rules... all your scouts will be unscouted and the person who scouted you will also become unscouted...

2. if someone you scout breaks the rules... you and everyone you scouted becomes unscouted...

3. if the person who scouted you breaks the rules... you and everyone else he scouted (including himself) and the person that scouted him and every user that that user scouted becomes unscouted...

in short it effects every user that is connected to you in the scout tree... once unscouted you may be rescouted by someone else but you are more likely not to be seen as someone broke the rules...

agreed, i know alot of users who post 18+ things and even draw them, some are more mature then others... heck... i know users over 18 which act like 13 year olds...

thats over 50% of the users are under 18... how many do you think go to the mature section?...

use your brain... if you want to go to that area see if your parents are fine with it... at the end of the day they are ment to look after you untill your old enough to cope by yourself...

it must be scouted first... also please Read this first before making a topic in the art fourm...

once you have uploaded FOUR artworks you will be seen by people who can scout you... and then your artwork view by the public massies...

going of topic a bit here... but the art portal... when people become unscouted... it would be nice to be able to find out WHY... beacuse iv seen a few that have been scouted but then were unscouted and i dont know if it was beacuse of them... or beacuse of the person scouting them...

this makes it very hard to scout people whom are no unscouted beacuse i have no idea why... is this a thing to look into?... its just an idea, or is there already somewhere that can tell me this?

right update on my half... today i have sent my otherhalf to get the picture posted at the post office on her way to work... so it should be there in 3 to 5 days hopefully :3 (thats from england)... the orginal piece i had i screwed up completely beacuse i didnt like it half way through so i went out and got myself some new paper that was very close... cut it to size and re did it :P and sent it out in the nick of time... and me and a few others had less time to work on it (beacuse it was mailed to us last)... so anyone saying the failed to finish and send it off blatenly didnt make time for it... so mine should be somewhere in the mail system right now!...

i also took a few pictures of it if you require it sooner :3...

iv been tracking it but to be honest i havent really gotten any artistic flair for cards, iv finished my sketch book tour piece and working on my highly detailed munny... i should hopefully get some more on here soon :P
